Can i flash this right over the previous hot fix? BTW I resotered my os to stock, then did a fresh cm7 install and text is working just fine.... i'll keep a close eye out for the app or whatever caused the text issue and let you know if i catch it again!

i noticed it when i rebooted my phone and it randomly does it. but yeah i checked out the init.sphm820.rc in your github and after comparing it with another random phones init i found that it was missing that line not saying its related to the logs errors but maybe thats why you cant choose min/max freq in the settings.i read some where that scaling_available_frequencies has to be enabled in cpufreq.c? so that u can change min/max freq under cyanogenmod>performance settings
I found out whats doing it! I downloaded swype beta, and soon as i install it and start running it i cant get or send mms... it worked fine before i installed swype beta. Can you fix this or is there another swype program i can use?

i got rid of a lot of stuff except the ones that said no. i know what i did wrong now though. i was using titanium backup pro to uninstall the apps and after uninstalling the wrong 1s some reason it would just freeze when i tried re installing so i just re flashed it.
im having a problem with the drop down menu sometimes ill get a text and pull the drop thing down and it wont let me open the text or even select wifi/bluetooth/ext. all of the options in the menu become unavailable.

if you are removing stuff and do all kinds of mods then you will have issues
this thread is focused on fixing problems with the ROM as it is when it is flashed
the only problem that I can think of that needs to be fixed is the MMS over WiFi
the other known issues listed in post 2 are not really problems they are just things that are not supported
scaling_available_frequencies
would be part of the kernel zImage, since we do not have working source code for that, we can not make a new kernel zImage that supports changing the clock

My screen wont lock when I'm on a phone call. The lock shows on the screen but I can still push the buttons.
i was not able to read the whole log, your image cuts it off half wat

if you can give me a txt file that has the logcat in it and attach it to a post, that would help

When you make a phone call and the the call actually starts as well as the counter/time of the call. The screen is actually suppose to lock.
well my prevail is not activated and Boost website is not letting me do it
so I will look into this when i can activate
right now i can only make calls that last 10 seconds and hear the operator

i figured out the problem, if you set the governor to ondemand or use any other governor in cyanogenmod settings>Performance>cpu settings and select it to set on boot it will not work and will give you all the logcat errors.
i reverted back to stock settings which is the performance governor and removed the set on boot check and the errors went away. setcpu works with the ondemand governor ill be using that for now.
i reinstalled beta 4 to make sure but haha "reboot phone u freak"

i dont mind it not locking on a call. it just shouldnt have the "double tap to unlock." its a little misleading

I don't mind it not locking either, actually kinda nice. Especially when checking voicemail I find it rather annoying when I have to keep unlocking to delete or skip! Thanks again all involved on this rom. so far best one.

I get that same lock screen... it doesn't actually work tho
