Root [DEV][ROM][ALPHA][WIP] CyanogenMod 10 for the LG Esteem 4g LG-MS910

Hey PG, if there is anything that I may be of assistance with, please feel free to ask. Can't really afford to donate $ to the cause, but I have plenty of free time. Thanks for everything you and the other awesome devs in the esteem community have done for us.

Awesome you are. When post beta release donate I will. I'm curious is the porting from scratch. What rom version is it built from?

Don't waste ur money on I phone if u have esteem. Esteems are the shit. HDMI out. Bigger screen. Faster when oc'd. Removable storage. And so customizable. Plus you can do more, with more development support from people like PG. And the CM team. Plus many more.
 
i just like the iphone look... i mean the esteem is a sexy stud and all but the back is what kills me... too bulky n hurts my hand sometimes thats why i switched phones im working on fileing the back down so it can be slimmer i bought a "universal case" so im makign it fit the esteem perect so its not bulky... making my own back to it pretty much... the esteem is my baby but my current phone (running ICS with Holo Launcher HD) is good and slimmer and the same size as the esteem <3 oh did u guys see metro new phone? "samsung galaxy admire" lol that phone is a mini gs2 and the same size as the connect pretty much lolz
 
Do u mean the lightray cause the admire has been around for a hot min. And not to sound like an a$$ hat but we need to try to stay on topic with this thread plz. Pg created it for talk and help/info of cm for the esteem. Thx
 
Hey PG I have been very secessful in flashing just about all the Roms on Phandroid for about a year now. I have also sucessfully got ur CM10 work as stated. No Cell Radio and No WIFI. I also Discovered the easter egg, I love IT. My Wife and I both Have LG Esteems and were interested in helping with testing for CM10 or for any patches, fixes, or flashes

I recently found out about this. I now have the S3 running on jellybean. if you go to settings, about phone find where it says android version ant tap it a couple times a hidden jellybean screen comes up. CM has their own version of this.
 
I ment to say thay cm9 had rhe same problem of data wifi not working and after a year its cm1 now n it still has the problem.....anyways i appritiate wat pg is doing for us i just wanted to know if its gonna be rrady or not cz i dont want to wait for nothin........i would like to help in any way i can

What people still fail to realise, they keep coming in asking for ETA's and not donating or taking time out to find out it's not easy to build from source with everything working. I wouldn't be surprise if PG want this thread LOCKED Down until he is ready to release another test build. :)
