ok well not sure what else you can do. no insurance is not good. maybe time to upgrade?

How long have you had the phone? I doubt it would still be covered under the 1 year manufacturers warranty but its worth a shot.
Always get insurance if your rooting the phone. Its basically rooters insurance for things that this.
