I've been running the new build for almost 36 hours now with no black screens or reboots. None of the tweaks like upping the min CPU freq or turning off CRT were needed...

In call volume is slightly low but from what I understand that is a very common issue for almost all aosp custom ROMs...

I had a conversation with my brother earlier and he said he could hear me just fine but heard his own voice echoing with about 1 second delay but only only when I used the speaker phone...
When I try to use Bluetooth It detects other devices but I get an error message about an incorrect password or pin when I try to pair it up...

The notification led is working perfectly now...

I haven't tried everything out yet but it seems like all that needs work is bluetooth, vibration, and slightly higher in call volume for people like me. I stole this picture from one of hroark13's posts near the beginning of the thread. After 10 years of working in a noisy UPS warehouse and blasting bass through 15 inch subs I think I need one of these contraptions lol...

... Build with tspdrv.. And behold. The vibration works better because I added Imm_timed output driver to kernel. Buy black screen and reboots would return.. So for now vibration is completely off limits.

Had my first random reboot yesterday. I was running Maps by Google and it soft rebooted on me. So I had to raise the min CPU. Any suggestions on what might of caused this?
 
So I installed carbon rom for the second time now to try it after the update and it seems to work pretty well (I haven't tried everything though). I only have one annoying issue that I have no idea if it is due to the rom.

I've noticed my network speeds incredibly slow after installing the rom...is that normal and if anything does anyone know of a fix? Wifi speeds are fine but even my lte crawls. I haven't been keeping up with the rom so sorry if it's already been discussed.

ive been having alot of issues with maps, on alot of phones lately
 
Rom is great DM any chance of custom kernel tho and maybe so memory tweaks cuz phone hangs up sometimes for example I play racing rivals and if I load someone's garage sometimes I closes on it's on well a lot of the times .. Any help on this would help man ..... GREAT JOB DM YOU HAVE DONE IT

Hmm that's odd, I've been trying out the Waze GPS app now for a day now and haven't had ant crashes so far with default CPU speeds. I haven't said anything and I know everyone has said this, but you really do deserve a great thanks for all the hard work you've put into this phone. Even when LG gave up you didn't, and I truly appreciate the long hours of effort.
 
Anyone else getting bland colors on screen ... I play racing rivals and when im in the garage everything looks blurry and the colors all look matte but when I use another ROM it looks normal ??

Try going into the build.prop and delete ## mm.enable.smoothstreaming=true ## that helped me with the issues on some videos issues... I run a lot of different videos formats n notice that interfere with codecs ...
 
I have been running Rom for 4 days mayor workflow tru it.. Sd.hack on it. 128 apps beside stock....So far no issues with Rom @ all with vibs.reboots.lags. only thing is that Bluetooth hav no sound... I have a 10b.Firmware phone (old)..

Hey I tried what u said but no difference its weird chz when I'm racing in the game the colors r perfect but when its over and I'm at the main screen the colors looms flat I don't understand

It is weird.! @ least that's what helped me..try. Clearing cache on system app settings.. clear defaults. Forcestop reboot
 
Hey another question krlypumaa do u have a sciprt for CPU freq and GPU ??? The changes don't stick when I use performance tab on carbon
 
Awesome DM can I look into the GPU as well I see it as running at under applicable 400mhz I dont ever remember seeing it that low

For now Use this app it works for sticking but only use cpu n gpu tweaks... This is what i use other than 3c tools make sure u have the performing check box off on the rom performing settings https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bigeyes0x0.trickstermod
 
Thanks another question I used your 7000 script but when I look at the specs it says my read ahead is 128 KB ???? I'm confused
