yes beta 2 is all you need, it is a complete ROM

when I pull down my menu, I see it says.. "T-Mobile" not MetroPcs. is this going to cause a problem with metropcs for me?

No it won't
Just make sure you go to mobile settings and change your APN to metro's

Switch to a different launcher. I use nova launcher. Since then I haven't had any contain freeze issues with a FC of trebuchet because I no longer use it or even have it installed. That's how i fixed my vibration issue. The only issue I silk face is the random reboot. However, it reboots really fast so I don't even notice it sometimes (unless I hear my start up notification sound).
