Guides are like deputies to the Sheriffs (Mods). We merge posts, eliminate spam, report stuff that is inappropriate and help people who need help.
Well, that's the idea, anyway. We're also here to pester you

We're also here to help people as much as possible, and "guide" them to the possible answer. No head bashing, just polite redirecting where appropriate.
Plus we're the eyes and ears of the mods, so be nice to us.....
