sadly, I think that is going to be the case. If everyone else is confirming 12/8....then most likely so will the US. Best hope is that for once, Verizon announces it early, but maybe not since they still want to move Razrs.
 
One thing I've learned about work:

20% of your work is 80% of your productivity. Everything else is fluff and distraction. So minimize e-mails, calls and meetings, prioritize the 20% of your work that really NEEDS to get done, and do that FIRST. The fluff will somehow fall into place afterwards.

Not only does it make you look way more productive than your counterparts (great when promotion or raise time comes around!), but it will also give you more time to play with us in the thread ;)


Okay, back to our regularly scheduled non-news about a phone we all want & need but Verizon refuses to release...
 
Well, nothing at VZW for 8am. That was kind of my last hope for this week, We haven't heard ANY reliable dates after the 21st until 12/8. I guess we really do have to wait till then.

Right, and if you can get that last 20% into only 5% of your day, that means you get 100% of your work done in only 25% of your time, and that leaves 75% of your time to be here! Win win! ;)

It was nice to get away from the forum over the weekend. Doesn't look like we missed too much but now I am back to feeding my addiction.

Do announcements normally come at 8 am? I was under the assumption that if they did announce something today it wouldn't be until 10 am.
 
Hey, look at the bright side. How long did the US have to wait after the international release of the GSII? It was months! At least we only have to wait a few weeks.
 
I wouldn't expect anything this week either. Maybe something Friday. Regardless, the days march on and we are inching closer :-)
 
At this point I'm trying to mentally write it off for now. It's better for me to wait until December or January to sign up with verizon anyway. Now, here's hoping I can stick to that mentality.
 
I think I made up my mind I'm buying the phone at full price.
My contact is up in 4 months that way I can jump ship at will when they play these games with the next great phone.
And I can upgrade at will.
