Can someone provide another link to the HTC dev site that unlocks phones? I know Early posted it, and I should have bookmarked it, but I didn't.
Anyone?

at this point flaming any one person on their sources, guarantees, guesstimations or speculations of when the phone coming is absolutely ridiculous.
my source is the truth. don't talk about it too much because i'm trying to keep it on the dL.. check xxx.verizonwireless.*** every so often. the release is imminent
Not for me, no way! My days posting here are numbered. I can't go through this again, not for at least 2 more years.
Once I get what I get, I will not be visiting the tech sites any more, and I'm not going to expose myself to a peep about CES.
You'll see me when the hecta-cores are rumored.
Why should we have to wait for Verizon to ship the devices to stores? I don't understand why they don't just do an online release...
That's what I'm really hoping for too. Guess we'll have to wait and see if anything happens tonight (after the 4 day websale ends)...![]()

okay let's stop before Phases comes in and spanks us.![]()
I might get flamed for this here but the iphone is a good phone with quality hardware. I used to have one before my Thunderbolt.
If the iphone currently supported LTE and aty least a 4 inch screen I may not be waiting for a Galaxy Nexus. I am a fan of both the iPhone and android devices.
I'm sure we'll all be seeing each other again in two years
I'm also sure that there will be delays and anti-Verizon sentiment at the time.
with a USB cable?? did it show up as an "external drive" on your PC??
that's strange... the Google people have been saying that mass USB storage wouldn't work, in the traditional sense, because it's all internal memory without any partitions. but, if you are getting it to work like it "normally" does, that is fantastic!!
here's a link to what the Google people had to say about mass USB storage, and why it wouldn't work in the traditional sense with the GNex: Galaxy Nexus Roundup: Only 16GB Showing from Google, No Flash Support, Vodafone Still Testing, and No USB Mass Storage – Droid Life: A Droid Community Blog
Can we please for the love of God ban the use of the word imminent on this forum

Yes honestly I don't know how to transfer files any other way.
When plug it in it shows as a phone instead of a drive butI can explore it like any other drive, ive copied 7 gigs of music, some pics, some wallpapers and series of family guy.

Question about adb. Does it work the same as with previous android devices? Have you tried adb shell yet, etc?
Does anyone in here have substantial experience with both the Dinc2 and the new HTC device? Does the new one have substantial better battery life? The Dinc2 is awful in that department.
From my understanding of MTP (which is not much) the user shouldn't see any differences on machines that support it, like Windows 7. Mac and Linux and other devices I'm not so sure about.
And I could be wrong on the whole thing.
