You need to think about this. Motorola (who has a far smaller stack to port) has already stated it will be 4-6 months before the RAZR would be updated to ICS. That means AT LEAST that long for the Rezound if not longer. I would not let that be a deciding factor. Buy the phone for the software it has, you aren't guaranteed anything beyond that.
 
I keep seeing posts where people say "it's just a phone", if it was just a phone I wouldn't be spending $300 for it.
If it is just a phone to you then you are using it wrong.
It is just a phone/camera/camcorder/media player/PDA/portable game consule/GPS/shopping assistant/Internet access device/etc.
 
Do you think it's worth going to the store to see if I could check it out? or should I just lay low and calm down about it and not bother them anymore.

Thanks Han! There is a lot of chatter about the 15th. But VZW may decide to pull the plug before the 15th just like they did the 9th. It will be interesting to see if it DOES happen to be the 15th if they do a PR or not and whether more leaks from the equipment guide or resellers start showing up :)

So who thinks we can break 100k by Thursday? :D

Guy said he just got an email at 2pm today (central time) stating that sales start 12/9 (tomorrow)!!!! He seemed to be aware of the on again off again rumors this week too. I really hope he has his facts straight. But I have high hopes since he just got the email an hour ago stating tomorrow is a GO!!!

There is no waiting list at his store, and I'm first in line at 9am for some Galaxy goodness.
You can't see me right now, but I'm doing cartwheels and stuff. And a guy my age and size really should not be doing cartwheels. It ain't pretty.

id ask to check it out.. i mean i got to hold one and it was pretty darn cool.. maybe yours will be activated and turned on
