So, I just finished reading 'Green Eggs and Ham' by Dr. Seuss. If you haven't read this book yet, STOP - spoiler alert!

I was shocked that Sam was all like, 'I hate those eggs'. And then, just when you thought all hope was lost, Sam is like, 'Heck yes, I like those eggs afterall! Gimme some more!'. Fun trivia fact - Dr. Seuss wrote the book using fewer than fifty different words on a challenge from his editor.

And...that was pointless...

I'm guessing most of the Android blogs and such were embarrassed by their "Confirmed" posts and such, they really are going to lose credibility it they are throwing every date at the wall and hope it sticks, so they are probably going to avoid that until something more official.

It's getting frustrating, I just don't see it launching tomorrow. Even if it was a soft launch I'd think most places would be more in the loop and there would be at least an announcement. I better prepare myself mentally to getting a Rezound.

I just PMd you my sales associates info I just left. Call and confirm it. I had two associates and a manager confirm tomorrow and the manager offered to reserve it for me as well.
 
Starting to have a serious hot flashes. For me it is always about the "thrill of the hunt." After I get the kill i am often disappointed. The real fear/panic is I have no clue where I will turn my attention to next to waste all of my free time. Suggestions?

If they do that again, I feel a few more best buy's and Resellers will be willing to break date after this latest fiasco.

With as much misinformation that is going around (and has been), I can't believe the phone is released until I have it in my hands. I'm still appreciative of all the work people are going through to get inside info but confusion appears to be everywhere from the top to bottom of VZW.

Lex, what store did you go to? I've called just about every Verizon, Radio Shack, and Best Buy in Rhode Island. All claim to be ignorant of a launch date and deny carrying any in stock.
 
I am starting to wonder if VZW is gonna wait till 5PM to release this PR too, you know, to make sure its all done symmetrically. (And by symmetrically, I mean a complete cluster no matter which way you look ;) )

THAT is why everyone is still geared up. Our reps tell us it is 100% coming out tomorrow. Just because your poopy reps in CNY don't tell you jack, doesn't make it ok to come reign on our parade!! :) ;)
 
Worst case scenario:

Some stores show green light to sell tomorrow, most likely retailers. If it comes down to it, I will be hawking every store in a 10 mile radius in hopes of getting one as confusion over release date rears its ugly head again. I have the morning off...dusting off my tactical gear as we speak for special ops. Let's hope I don't need it.

I didn't personally get that response, but others have thats why I have said that. I called a few places too here in RI and they all seem to be clueless as well.
