Been up since 4. Way too excited to sleep.

This is what it felt like as a child going to sleep on Christmas eve and waking up too early Christmas morning.

If you can be distracted by a computer game, then we were not equal in our anticipation of this device, lol. Which is totally fine, but it just shows why there is a difference in opinion here. Oh well, to each their own. We both win, really. You save a few bucks, I get my phone quicker... both happy in the end. Ya can't beat that!
 
I'm hoping for no lines, but I took the entire morning and don't need to be in to work until noon now, so as long as there is enough to go around, I'm good. Come on 9:00!
 
My girlfriend's son's line is the one on our family plan that has an upgrade available right now. My line isn't available until February. No problem, I'll use his upgrade. He doesn't have $ to buy a phone, and is happy with his dumbphone for now anyway.

Can Costco or Best Buy apply the upgrade to my line, or can that only be done through official VZW channels (corp store, online, telesales)? I really don't want to pay tax on full retail price plus an activation fee at the corp store, but also must have the phone today...
 
This question was asked much earlier, like last night sometime but I didn't notice a response... Do any of you know if and when Adobe Flash will work on our Nexus? Thanks.

They open at 8 here, wish I could go myself but I start working with the dog's at 6 and gotta get my daughter to school at 8:15.
 
Welp boys and girls, it's been a roller coaster of a ride! Can't believe I jumped on this crazy train almost 2 months ago and, as fun as its been, I'm glad I'm getting off at 10:01 A.M. Thanks to the guys that made this thread what it was; Han, BB, Steven...etc. And thanks to Early, OTD, NightAngel, (any other mods I'm forgetting) and definitely Steven who kept it in line throughout the bipolar moments. Catch you guys in the lounge thread.

You want to be the first few in line otherwise you wait forever.

I showed up a hour early for the Storm launch and a few peeps were sitting in cars instead of waiting in a line. I was 8 in line and it took an hour. That was pure torture.

It will save you checkout time but not wait time if there are people ahead of you.

For the person asking about Costco transferring contacts, can't you use verizon back up assistant?

I didn't get an email from Verizon but I did get one from Samsung.
