I just don't understand. Why bother providing such a system, if you have no intentions of using it. I know this isn't the first time they have done this.

I got the Nexus notification about two hours AFTER I successfully placed my order online with VZW.

Called again a minute ago to try and get my upgrade date moved from next December.
explained I was a long time customer who left for 3 or 4 months and came back. Told them to check my bill it is unlimited everything (hefty amount) and always paid 2 weeks early and I always keep at least a $50 credit on it.

Also advised the rep I have bought 3 phones in the last 5 months at full retail. After a brief hold she came back and told me I could purchase at full retail or add a line. I told her I don't need another line so she recommended the trade in program. I told her I am already doing that with my 3 month old Revolution and 2 month old Charge. Both were over $600 a piece and Verizon was kind enough to offer me $92 and $75 respectively.

So no docks at the corp store I purchased from this AM - just over-priced cases and screen protectors.

Any one else get a dock?
 
Oh my goodness, that was a nightmare. Verizon had to make everything as difficult as possible, but I finally got my phone. It was worth everything. I couldn't use the living social deal (had too many discounts), so will have to get a dock or something else with it before the end of the year. But I LOVE the phone. BTW, got update immediately upon activating.
 
Had a blast waiting in line with about 6 other people, got the extended battery for 50% off plus another 25% off from a work discount.
 
Got my Nexus today . . Told him about the 3g to 4g discount.. I also told him their was a note from the CSR, and he noticed it, but didn't understand the note because the CSR I talked to yesterday seemed new and the note did not make sense. He also told me it expired in November, and his manager said it wouldn't work. blah

Anyways, I got a free screen protector, case, and car charger and then the 299.99 phone!
 
52 minutes to go before the RS opens. Starting to get butterflies since they only have one is stock with my name on it. If the manager has a good friend who wants one I think I might be screwed and will need to head over to the atrocious vzw corp store. I'm just typing here cause I don't know what else to do. I'm already manscaped, dressed, and took the next hour off work. Why am I so nervous, this is nuts! Maybe I'll head over to the root thread and know exactly what I'm going to do first.
