Then they tried to tell me it was a 14 day return policy. Had to tell them..no. Another 5 minutes talking with managers and other reps as they were all clueless about the holiday return policy. (we are talking a big store with 15+ employees on the floor). They finally found out I was right! Guess none of them have looked at their receipts for days.
This is precisely why I take anything I hear from the store level employees with a grain of salt, even managers. I honestly think communication in Verizon is so poor, they are kept more in the dark than we are, even when it comes to important information.
seriously, I don't blame ya...I wish I had it like that, im such a best of the best tech junkie!! That's awesome, sadly for me I probably shouldn't be considering paying full price for the gnex right now, but if I can't get a n early upgrade, I must. Probably shouldn't spend half my time on a forum either but I just can't help it
