Root Okay I surrender pls help

sorry about all the spelling was just looking over the post and saw all the misspelled words im 45 contractor well spoken its just my neves are shot beyond imagination
 
i can get to the recovery screen where it says all the information but once i hit recovery i get the htc screen then beeps 4or 5 times the led blinks green the nothing nothing at all only a battery pull will let get to recovery screen but not into recovery
 
when i hit the fast boot it runs a script very fast that says pc36diag image not found but it has been doing tht all weekend and i was still able to get into recovery..?
 
sory dustin one didnt c your reply ive never tried that before but are you saying to pull my sd card and the install super wipe ...?
 
I am saying if you have to put something on your card you can do it like that. when you put it in, look at your desktop and you should see option to open it up, it is just like a drive then and you can copy, paste, move stuff around.

you don't just pull it out when you are done, you have to unmount it with windows first to be safe.

At this point though, i know it is rough, but you need to try to calm down a little and answer the questions that OCN is asking you about what recovery and stuff you have so he can help you and tell you what, if anything, you need to have on that card.

hang in there man, the dude is good, he'll get you straight. Even if he has to re root you. :D I have confidence!
 
okay i have my sd card on computer but i dont know if domloading superwipe will help if i cant get into recovery make any sence or just download super wipe to sd card..???
 
first off lets try and not do too many multiple post. you can edit and add to your posts.

so from the sounds of it looks like you cant get into recovery. looks like all you have is hboot. so lets try and flash this:MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service in hboot. this is will give you a stock rom with a stock recovery. when you install this you will not have access to your recovery. but my hope is that we can get you a working phone. we can then get you a custom recovery from there.

edit: so you have to rename the file to PC36IMG and place it on the root of the card.
 
okay okay okay i nkow i have seen hundreds of posts where ocnbrze has helped everyone it just this has been liteally a 3 day thing thank you so much for your reply if ever get outta this i think i'll never touch my phone again

okay so i placed the the image on my sd card which i had on my desktop removed the zip and the ing so i assume pull the sd card out and put it back on my phone and try and boot it u0....???

no worries. hboot is actually a good thing. there is still ways to troubleshoot in hboot. so lets try some things out and see what we can do.
 
sorry not sure where the edit button is as to not add to this post just ejected sd card going to place it back in phone and c what happens its weird i can c everything on card in phone

nothing got 5 vibrates thats it

ok so did you change the name to PC36IMG with no extra zip at the end?
that file needs to be on the root of the card which means no folders just on the card. and then you need to go into hboot. hboot should see it then select yes to update.
 
Okay so i was using the wrong image donladed the one that you sent the like to me but when i renamed it and tried to put it on sd card it say protected try another drive tried to transfer it like 5 times it wont trtansfer

try pulling the card out and back in and retry it.

okay it finally transferred the file now what ...pls....pretty pls okay i put it cack on my phone poiwered it on started to run mik logo now im back to home screen battery 21% and time
 
okay i think you may have saved my life got it transfered updating hboot as we speak i assume this means or might mean im cack to all stock if it runs....?

okay got it its updating it pushed it through somehow without me doing that but at least now i know ty ty ty ty i just hope i get my phone back root is another issue
