I saw this article last night, and thought I'd share. If it's true, and Sprint does release the 32GB version, I'll be a very happy customer

The $300 price is for the 16gb version.
With Sprint only announcing one price, i think it's a safe bet to assume they'll be offering the 32gb version. There's no way they could justify the price tag for 16gb, and if they decide to carry the 32 later on they would have to charge more, and nobody is going to pay 350 on contract for a phone.
you know, I do wish you are right. Considering that they haven't mentioned any version in that release, I wouldn't pass it by Sprint that they do a major surprise. For now I'll just keep thinking its for the 16GB version, this way I won't be disappointed. If it end us being the 32GB version, then it will be like X-Mas early. lol

The $300 price is for the 16gb version.
I believe the Sprint release note does not indicate any gb amount. So it could be 16 or 32.The $300 price is for the 16gb version.
So true. Considering how much faster, smoother and all the stuff it does over the S3, its only logical that it would be more expensive. Although I only wish that would be the 32GB price not the 16.Why is everyone so surprised by the price tag? It's a 5.5" quad-core phone with an s-pen. It's going to cost more than $199.
I read and re-read that article all day and i still can't figure out if they are referring to the 32GB version for the US or the International version.I saw this article last night, and thought I'd share. If it's true, and Sprint does release the 32GB version, I'll be a very happy customer

Re: Samsung Galaxy Note II Available Oct. 25 for $299.99
On 10/25/12 Sprint launches Samsung Galaxy Note

Here's a question, where is Mr. Ed?... Lol

That's just the phone, then $70-$100+, depending on tje plan, per month for the two year contract term. Just throwing that out there because I know some countries pay by the month for both combined.
Is it much more expensive for you?
At the risk of causing multiple moans, groans, and general frustration, there's still that little tidbit of information people seem to forget .... Sprint's roadmap originally had this thing set for Q1 2013.
It's still a toss-up, unfortunately.
(ducks and moves out of the line of fire)
Are you basing this off the fact that the original announcement for the Note II a couple months ago indicated the 16gb version or the fact that US Cellular had the $299 pre-order price tag or some other facts?
The most recent press release didn't mention anything about how much internal storage there'd be, so I'm curious as to where your conclusion is coming from.
Damn Japanese get everything good!@
HTC J Butterfly Announced, Comes Complete With 5" 1080p SLCD 3 Display And A Japanese Launch
True, but I already carry a battery pack since my nexus dies so fast at work (no signal). The display would be nice, but it's the Adreno 320 that really gets me. It spanks the Mali-400 in the GN2. I am leaning toward the Note because the S-pen is what I really want. It's like being happily married to a model and then seeing a chick with really big tits walk by... you just can't help but look!Look at the battery specs. You would need to charge it every couple of hours with that big HD display.
Just a general observation...
Did anyone notice that Apple's iPad mini event is on October 23rd? The day before the Note 2 announcement???
Hmmmm.....
HTC Butterfly,
hey wait a minute, this isn't the New Phones / Rumors thread, this is the Note 2.
Out , Out and
Back on topic people.
