That apple still hasn't come up with a fix for ppl who switch devices don't receive SMS from ppl with iphones. Half the time the support profile crap doesnt work. Ugh so over apple!

This, absolfreakinglutely! That is one of my greatest pet peeves, ever. That's why I use a paper towel while grabbing the door handle when leaving the bathroom. I don't want to touch anyone else's junk!

There's 2 guys at work that never wash their hands after using the bathroom ....... i want to put them on blast and embarras them to the point that they start washing.. It's a shame to do that to a Grown man that should know better

Probably texting or have an earpiece in. We have one lady that walks every day, has the wired mike, and she talks for all the time she walks, usually more than an hour. We also have a mailman who has his phone glued to his ear while driving and delivering. I've only seen him without the phone on lunch break. He's been on our route for at least 5 years.

What puzzles me, is who on earth has that much to say? Don't you wind up repeating yourself 50 million times?

If it's in a parking lot, expect more idiocy in crosswalks. Everyone has their mind on purchases and deals.

Someone thinks it's fun to send my daughter harassing text messages.

If he thinks he's being scary... he's going to have bladder-control problems when I text back.

The kids who show up at my door, not in costume, holding their backpack out, and they don't even have the decency to say the words.

Nope.

And I'll be watching for TP-ers and egging crews with my own ammunition at the ready.

We leave bowls of candy on the porch since we are taking our kids out. So this year they changed the schedule to a couple hours earlier because a storm was coming later that night. Not a big deal. So we put the bowls out and walked up the street to the end and came back and they were already empty took it all within the first 4 minutes. So i turned the light off and told the kids walking up to the porch that someone already cleaned us out. Went on with our kids to other houses and came back home. Then a couple hours after it was over turned the light back on and within a few minutes kids showed up at the door and I tried to explain that it ended a while ago and I only turned the light back on after it was over. So of course kids mad at me because i had turned my light on with no treats.

Easter is worse, the food stamp Escalade brigade drops off their teen age kids at the small park where the neighborhood does the egg hunt for the little kids so they can get all the eggs before the little kids do all while complaining about how little there was or how the hunt at the church they just came from made them listen to a sermon first.

The problem is that cars are .. too safe

Really.

Research (into the bleedin' obvious) way back in the 90s showed that when drivers are persuaded they're safe, they pay less attention and take greater risks.

It's often mooted as a primary reason Volvo drivers were notoriously the world's worst (a bike mag I used to read featured ads who's tag line was "Have you been Volvo'd?") as Volvo used to heavily promote their 'safety' (despite them regularly coming second to Audi in accident death rates) and consequently their drivers believed they were safe. Not sure it fully explains their inability to indicate or complete lack of lane discipline ..

These days, Volvo drivers have been eclipsed by SUV drivers who mistakenly believe their vehicles to be safe - another myth of course: the dangers are simply different. In 2006 SUVs had the highest occupant fatality rate of any vehicle type in rollover crashes.

Accidents in SUVs are also much more likely to cause death to non-passengers - to the extent that any SUV driver involved in a fatal accident SUV is arguably guilty of manslaughter / second degree homicide as they knowing drove a vehicle that has a vastly increased likelyhood of killing in the event of an accident.

A wee rant about Volvo and SUV drivers - I feel better for that, anyway :D

And of course the skewed statistics that all SUV's roll over easy when there are differences. The mini/mid sized, being the same height but narrower as full sized will have a higher center of gravity so of course they will roll over. or the modern minivan/suv hybrid that is unibody so it doesn't have the weight of solid axles and a frame down low like the (real) SUV's. Then people look done on those of us that have real trucks and (truck based) suv's which are safer like we are the bad guys for taking steos to protect ourselves from others. When they can't win that argument they then claim their 19mpg v6 is better for the environment than my 21mpg v8.

Grr..intranet isn't working. Somethings wrong. Why?! I need to conserve data. Lol

I hate that! Even worse is when they walk in the middle of the street instead of on the sidewalk, then they give you the stink eye for making them move over. Excuse me. For driving. In the street.

:ditto:

What grinds my gears - literally and metaphorically - are braindead MOFOs causing 10 mile tailbacks because they have to crawl past a single, broken down car on the motorway (freeway) and rubberneck. WTF is wrong with these people?

I'm very much opposed to the death penalty, but y'know: snipers by every accident taking out any ****wit who so much as blips his brakes: that's just chlorine for gene pool.

What grinds my gears? :D

Little lighties incorporated that beg me for my last pie while at work... sigh. :(

Ahh shame but they are too cool. :)

Ugh I wish their parents would actually pack them a proper lunch for goodness sake!

I give them a whole lot of hot dogs and they are still hungry lol. :)

But they are very cool like that. :)

Eating all my food! :D

xD

You know when they are very young and running around growing like there is no tomorrow lol then if you are not careful they eat you! :D

I guess I have lost so much weight now because I allow them to keep eating my food at work lol. :)

I look like this now guys:

I have lost a crap load of weight since I started giving them all my food!

heh!

xD

But hey they are way more than worth it. :)

Wow, you've toned up quite a bit:D

But this is how a proper Stinky Stinky should look:

Hah, even my kids get asked by others to share their food because their parents didn't pack them anything. the asking and expectation of handouts is quite common anymore.

When the landlord tells us that he will send people next Monday to fix the bathroom but they show up today....we are closed on Mondays which means not having a bathroom isn't a problem. Today all 4 hairdressers are in, we have no bathroom and 1 sink for washing. :banghead:

Hey, I pack my kids QUITE a lunch, and still I find they ask others for what they have because they like it more. But mine "trade" rather than ask for handouts. LOL One day I asked my son how was your lunch and he said he didn't eat it. but it wasn't in the lunchbox so i asked him where was it? he said his friend ate it. i said what did you eat? he said his friend's lunch. hahaha ;)

I swear my 1st grade son and his friends just pile all of their collective lunches on the table and grab what looks good.:hmmmm2:

I get up early and make a rather "grand" breakfast every morning.. . I Used to pack a lunch everyday too..including philly cheese steaks..even sushi! but my boys are both in middle school now..so they like to buy..:D:D they have a decent lunch program..snack shacks..salad bars, smoothie bar..NOTHING like our soggy gross middle school cafeteria...I ate sunflower seeds and french fries for lunch every day!! anyway I also usually have some sort of home made right from the oven goodie waiting when they get home from school...by the time dinner roles around no one wants some huge meal so it's the lightest meal of the day around here..
All part of my evil plan:D:D and it's worked out pretty nicely!

My son eats like me small breakfast lunch and a huge dinner. I wish I could eat a bigger breakfast, I'm just not hungry when I wake up. Sometimes on lunch we eat a lot and have small dinners. O we have our issues I guess. Lol

It sort of sounds like those Lunchable commercials :D

I don't eat lunch most times at school. So I just take my own. A sandwich a coke and maybe some chips lol. Still as efficient as it will ever be.

I don't eat breakfast either...barely lunch..not much on dinner either:eek:
I pretty much survive on cookies, tomatoes, cottage cheese, artichoke hearts, beer and taco bell!(I'm a vegetarian but not because I want to be all healthy) but all my boy's are not..so I cook meat..(yuck)
but they are so used to eating a bigger meal at breakfast...they are programmed to be hungry in the morning...I think it's a circadian rhythm deal now.

.and apparently the smell of bacon cooking wakes everybody up happy and hungry:D:D
