Root [ROM][AOSP]dGB v01_28_2012| 2.3.5| 375MB /data| 60MB /system |Mult-lang |Unlock |Reboot[28 Jan]

I've had the camera fc again, it just won't work, I'm gonna have to do a full wipe and install all apps from the market and not using titanium in case its a data issue.
I've tried re installing the Rom but its no good.
Is it ok to delete all backups from ti and start a fresh with a clean setup? Will it matter that all the HTC stuff goes? As I can't see me going back to a sense Rom anyway.

That's what I did. Was fine. Just make sure you make provisions for messages etc

Is this with regard to deleting ti backups or the camera fc?
If its backups I always use sms backup and apn backup so I can't see any problems there, I think I only have 1 app I have to use backup for as its not in the market anymore, but I'm sure ill find a replacement.

changed my mtd to 60 and reflashed the rom, but when i booted it still had the fc, then i rebooted the phone and it worked ok? bit of a strange one this, does the radio control the camera in any way?
but ive reinstalled all apps straight from the market so shouldnt be any data issues.

If you have the time to run it, that would be great please. Haven't got files to hand. You still have the en though?

I've got the dGB en stuff, yes. Just need to give me the Redux lang files. I can run it for the whole lot if you want - you don't have to implement them (right away). I only takes a few seconds to run each language.

Attached is the resultant zip. I didn't do zh as I need a code change to deal with those directory names. Give me a kick next week or so and I'll look into that.

Also I realised I've just zipped the whole directory, including earlier languages, so if you've changed any, extract this elsewhere so you don't lose the changes.

I've not checked it (I ran it while on a call :D ) so let me know if there's any issues.

:)

Awesomeness. Thanks very much (you work quick). I don't even know what Zh is. I think its a regional variation of a language. I ain't bothered.

Hey, its nice that its sunny up north for a change eh?

zh is Chinese - there seems to be two variations, hence the two folders.

We've not had it too bad here this year (though not often as warm as this). My window looks out to the North from here, and I've often seen it raining in your direction but dry here. I think we're better protected by the Peaks than you are. :)

But yeah, it's been good last few days. Going to enjoy the weekend even more.

In call settings, I've just discovered "Use Internet calling"
What exactly does this do? I'm thing it makes phone calls over wifi? Like Skype?

How wouId know its working?

Yes its SIP calling. If you flash any of the language packs, SIP is also enabled over 3G (will be in 1.5 by default).

You need a SIP provider / account to use it.

Just flashed it, and everything was smooth as butter.

Just a question: you say that you removed the Auto APN-setup, so I ahould backup my own. I haven't needed to restore that. Everything works just fine anyway. Don't quite understand that...?
