I know with the optimus V you format boot, data, system, and cache is this same for the MT? and do I flash gapps with this considering it is CM7?
I suppose you've tried the usual stuff... clear data for that app, fix permissions... Maybe uninstall the app and reinstall the apk?
I am having problems sending picture messages on stock messaging app. I get force closes. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? I've reflashed the ROM but I was wondering if anyone had any other tips before I performed a factory reset.
so that's a no, thanks how about gapps any idea?
It works. like dsmryder said, make sure auto brightness is not enabled.
Hmm.. I disabled it and it still doesn't work.. Tried reflashing the zip but it still doesn't work after that. Could it be a bad download or perhaps a hardware issue? =[
Also, another problem I've got: when I try taking a picture, it never focuses. I keep trying and trying but it always takes the picture with the red circle, never green. Is that normal? Might I have a defective camera? I'll try a redownload of the zip one more time.
The camera software not realizing that it is focused is normal as long as the pictures are actually coming in clear.
Ahh... so no ones' Triumph on CM7 ever gets the "green" focus lines? Okay glad to know I'm not the only one. Now to figure out why the status bar control for brightness isn't working.. hmm.. reflashing a fresh download now.
Okay, I've reflashed a new downloaded zip file and it seems that the status bar brightness control works but I just need to swipe up and down really slowly.. Is this the norm with others? I remember on the Optimus V, I just put my finger to the very right of the status bar and it automatically changes brightness. Whereas here, I have to slowly move my finger from one end to the other.
@marc12868: by official builds, you mean other devices or just other official builds for Triumph? I remember it focused perfectly with my Optimus V CM7 Backside with the "green" lines and all XD
I'm not sure that even the official builds have the green focused... I think it's a problem with cm7.
That is what I was referring to; it works on mine and my wife's.Ooh no no I meant the sliding function on the status bar to control the brightness. It's under CM settings > Interface > Status bar tweaks then status bar brightness control. This feature always worked for me on the Optimus V and I loved it..
It hangs when you power on by holding volume down + power buttons? (there is no splash screen in that mode) Edit: NVM, I see you got it. You can put CWM in there after renaming the OEM recovery.img to something else (like recovery.img.OEM)It hangs on the Splash Screen (Motorola Logo),
I briefly used a battery saver that overrode the lock screen settings; are you using any such app? Thanks for all the work put in, I'm really enjoying this ROM (Initially on reloaded 12-02-02, and upgraded today to 12-03-25). I noticed that I can't get the Settings -> CyanogenMod settings -> Lockscreen -> Unlock options -> "Skip on security" checkbox to take any effect. I have a pin, and would like to skip the slide to unlock feature. This seemed to work fine in Unloaded 12-02-02, but since upgrading, it seems checking/unchecking the box doesn't take any effect. Any one else have this issue? or any ideas where i could look? Thanks!

In CWM recovery, restore your stock backup. If you somehow forgot to do a NANDROID backup, b_randon14 has made a flashable zip of the Stock Rom
