Thanks for the info. I guess I got spoiled with Miui, it basically did it all for you Just open up the Theme Manager in Miui and it would allow you to search the tons of themes, lock screens, and status bars from right in that app. It also allowed you to mix and match whatever parts of each you liked. Very quick and very easy to customize. Thus, why my confusion when I didn't see the same type thing in CM. I figured they would be similar, since Miui is built based on CM.

No problem. Also agree that the all-in-one customization of MIUI is nice but for me, CM7 is where it's at.

Does the other MIUI camera's zoom work? I know the zoom with the volume buttons works with the Test 17 camera.

That's what I missed too, I like the pictures to fill the whole screen

I tried turning "Auto Focus" off and setting "Focus mode" to "Infinity" and now it doesn't even try to focus at all.

You have Focus mode set to "Auto"?

On my CM7 setup if I set it like this it works ok:

1. Auto Focus turned off, and Focus mode to "Infinity"

2. Auto Focus turned on, and Focus mode to "Infinity"

Not working (blurry pics):

1. Auto Focus turned off, and Focus mode to "Auto"

2. Auto Focus turned on, and Focus mode to "Auto"

I haven't tried the Macro setting yet.

Macro setting produces blurry pictures too.

Yeah Shootme is doing that to me too, that's why I used the built-in one
