Root [ROM] CM7 with GB kernel by RevNumbers

Getting closer :)

I have ROM Manager. When I click on the 'ROM Management' section and then 'Check for ROM Updates', it says it's only available to premium users. So I then click on 'Download ROM' section and then the 'RevNumbers' section. In there, it says the current build is 'CM4DX-GB 20110928'.

I'm still missing something...
 
I have both ROM Manager and now ROM Toolbox. ROM Manager shows the latest build as 9/28 and ROM Toolbox shows the latest build as 10/1 with the previous one as 9/26...no mention of 9/28. So which is it? I'm running 9/19 now and it's the only one I've run of CM7 for DX GB.

So which one do I use and if I update, what do I need to wipe...hopefully not everything.

10/1 is the latest, but it's causing issues with the camera.

There is actually a 9/29 release that he never uploaded to Rom Toolbox or Rom Manager, this is the one I have installed.

It's in the rootzwiki thread somewhere in the 300's (pages) I think...

Thanks B! Another question...this will be the 1st time I install another CM7 build on top of a previous one. What do the additional and newer builds give you over the older ones? Speed, new functionality?

It depends, if any new fixes were made by RevNumbers (or by someone else), they will be included, plus you get the latest changes/fixes made by the CM Team, meaning you get caught up on the latest "Main" nightlies.
 
I'm on the 10-1 build and I've definitely noticed some battery drain, as well as the camera problem. Can I flash the 9-26 or 9-28 build right over this with just wiping davlik?
 
Forgive me if this has already been asked. Is there a setting to change the network identifier on this rom? I couldn't find one. :(

Edit: NM... I forgot that I use Root Tools for that.
