i call CB! (chicken breasts)
i already have a simple green theme.
but i still cant get it to install properly.
some status icons dont show up
so far i tried the
MTD default wich didnt work at all.
the emmc dont think it worked at all
and the galaxy type. only 1/3 of the theme showed up.

replace the system folder in the ApkInstaller.zip with the one from your theme and you won't have any problems flashing it now

I put up kk2.1 You can use that in your 3.3
If you want to keep A2sd stuff disabled, just comment both lines in the koumamod file (or just neglect to add it to /system)

i think your tired cause i could barely make this out...
use the delete system folder?
this option isnt on uot..
so im guessing i have to do it manually.
so this is what im getting.
download the apkinstaller zip.
then open it up and delete the system folder in it. and inject my own theme in it?

UOT zip doesnt have a system folder...
so is it okay to move the whole zip (files only)into the system folder?
just wanna make sure i dont crash my phone like i always do. xD

what folders are there? if its framework, app and media then yea, you can move those to the system folder. don't add any other ones tho.

so ima go ahead and link it up. see how it goes. *crosses fingers*

thanks blood it was finally able to install (atleast 80% of the theme went through this time)
some icons arnt changing or showing up...
heres the theme so far...
some things with the kitchen just won't work cause files are named differently

is there a way i could manually edit things?
like blue boxes in the next two pics...
(things in blue are what i want to edit)
on pic one i wanna take off the clock on top and i wanna make the lock icons smaller.
on pic two i wanna change the color for those icons as well.
so if i can manually change them that'd be awesome.

one problem, when making calls the phone will auto go to a lock screen it will then say "push lock button" so you can access the buttons or end call, etc..
however whenever you push the lock button it turns the screen off instead of just unlocking the phone call lock screen, so then you have to push the lock button again to get the screen back on at which point you can access buttons, end call, etc..
minor issue, but VERY annoying, especially when you have a short time to respond by pushing appropriate numbers, end call, etc..
other than that no major complaints
also i'm sure it's been answered before but is there a way to update my baseband to FA19? thanks

To Install Baseband:
Put your phone into download mode
Connect your phone to your pc
Open up Odin and select one package
Select Your Ops
Select phone.tar
Hit start
As soon as Odin says reset it is safe to unplug your phone from your pc and you will have the new baseband installed.

I had a similar conversation with the wife. She asked "you coming up to bed" I said" naaa me and Nathan are gonna stay down here, Im waiting on a new rom and the games to be done. Ill put Nathan to bed later".
