this might have been asked before, but can I change the navbar heights (even if its with an xposed module)?

I ask because I tried to try out PA and the only ones that work mess up the back button icon.
Settings - Dirty Tweaks - Dimensions.

dirty tweaks > Dimensions (under navigation bar heading)

oops, guess that post was at the end of the page and didn't see the reply

New question then! I've had a good handful of random reboots (eg while scrolling or typing in various apps) and I don't want to clean flash + test. Is there a good way to get a log without constantly running catlog or something? I came across last_kmsg but my untrained eyes didn't see anything that stood out

You don't need xposed for it. It's a feature in the ROM.

Reboots, you need a last_kmesg because that's relative to kernel panic and etc. Are you undervolting? I haven't experienced one reboot at all.

This rom is unbelievably amazing!

Couple of quick questions - it looks like the whole dpi is changed - how do I unchange it for certain apps? Would something like the xposed module AppSettings be fine? Also, how would i do it for Swiftkey?

And is there a way to change the shutdown animation?

Edit: tried it with Swiftkey - it did affect it but then it didn't quite resize to fit on the screen :(

Got it, you're right about it being kernel panic. It's on the stock 6/3 kernel, not undervolted at the moment. Before dirty flashing DU 6/3, it had code blue kernel installed (which had at least one random reboot). In the last week or so with DU's stock kernel, it's happened maybe a dozen times.

Here's a snippet from the last_kmsg. I'm not sure if it's helpful to you at all, not being a clean install or the most recent update. If it looks useful, I can upload the whole thing

But won't that change the dpi for everything? I wanted just the dpi of SwiftKey to change

Yeah changing the LCD density will change the dpi for everything on the device. Try going into the settings menu/swiftkey and set the keyboard height to large and see if that helps.

Do a clean install. You'll have no issues. I never recommend dirty flashing, but I'm not against those who do. Too many issues can arise while df'ing, which I don't have the time to support since I know it runs great on a clean install.

So far I have the same old boring feedback. Flawless. Buttery smooth. I know it's not much help. I keep looking for something to complain about, but I haven't succeeded. Sorry to be such a piker. ;)

I am thinking of doing a clean install soon and trying out your kernel with Trickster Mod as a tweaker just to see. So far, I get such great results from Franco, I have been reluctant to change. What are your thoughts? What settings have you got now?

Coming from 4.4.2, are there any special steps regarding the radio?
You can flash without updating the radio. I did for a long time. Last night I did the 4.4.3 radio and today I did the 4.4.4 radio and for the life of me, I don't notice any difference.

Wasn't 4.4.4 just security patches? Or was there something else too?

Sorry, I haven't even flashed 4.4.3 yet. Things have been crazy with a new baby and all that. Hoping to catch up a little this weekend.

Thanks to the DU crew. I have both my N5 and N7 (2013) running the latest test builds of 4.4.4
I am not a candidate for testing roms LOL. But I agree with Hook.............your latest builds are amazingly smooth and just plain work very well :)

Yeah, 4.4.4 was all security patches. I had no idea there was a new baseband.
