Got a problem. Not real sure what is causing it?

Gmail...............I use 4 different Gmail accounts for different things and lately it will not load all my emails. For instance, It shows me that I have 13 new emails in one account and I can only see 4 of them! It does this on all 4 accounts.

Anyone have this issue or any thoughts as to what it may be?

I don't use the Gmail app --I use Aquamail-- but I can't imagine this being a ROM problem. Try reinstalling either gapps or just the Gmail app. Otherwise, I'm not sure.

With the crashes did you have to roll to a backup or were you able to just uninstall g+? My cash loop would not let me turn screen back on

I put it on safe mode, so I just held the power button until it turned off then when "Google" appeared, I held the volume down button. It'll say "safe mode" in the lower left and I think it doesn't open apps automatically, so I was able to get to Play store and see that G+ was recently updated and I uninstalled. I'm also running the previous stable release of DU, not the most recent.

Were you getting massive UI crashes? I just went through a crazy loop of that and had to uninstall G+ to get it to settle down...

Got that on my Nexus 7 but got my Nexus 5 updated before I updated G+. I forgot about safe mode, but was able (took a lot of patience) manage to finally get reboot to recovery before the UI shut down completely.

Any recommended settings to start out with on the stock kernel? I'll download Trickster and give it a whirl.

FWIW, I've really overhauled the stock kernel. You should give that a try sometime.
How do I get CPU core 0 to stop randomizing the min/max frequencies upon boot? Its frustrating to see the min equal to the max scale...

Editing the values in /sys/devices/system/CPU don't seem to stick on stock du kernel.

Turn off MPDecision.

Use Interactive gov. Clock speeds you can use whatever you'd like. I personally use 300-1728. My scheduler is CFQ or ROW (depending on my mood).

Had it off in trickster but I still have to manually set my profiles up again because it doesn't auto set clock/governor (I have it checked in settings).

Yeah, but hitman fixed it in the test versions after that update came out, so G+ works correctly now and the os is snappier than the last stable

Side question. Is there a way to edit what sites are affected by the ad blocker....apparently one site that keeps getting blocked is a preferred credit card processor that has nothing to do with ads whatsoever

I notice on the default DU kernel that Trickster doesn't offer me voltage controls. Is that because the kernel doesn't offer that feature or because I'm blind (looked everywhere, expected it on the "Specific" screen)? I have the donate version, so I should have all features.

No matter what kernel app you use, DU's stock kernel doesn't support it.

Hi. Quick question. My signal strength indicator on the status bar always shows full. In quick settings the tile shows correct. I even reflashed the ROM. It worked for a little, but after a backup in twrp, it's showing full bars all the time. Is this a known bug?

Have you tried testing your download speeds to see if you had any coverage?

Nope. Never had any reports of this prior to yours and I don't experience this either.

I saw in the setting it mentions a logcat file. How do I find that or is it something that I have to do beforehand? It has no happened twice, I was thinking of trying a this time to reinstall the ROM.

Logcat is a file that you create. It takes an active snapshot of all active processes, which you then would copy/paste onto either pastebin.com or logcat.us and provide to the developer.

It's used for debugging.

On a side note, new test build is up on G+. Updated kernel from a CAF commit that should REALLY help battery life. Plus, some other goodies. Check gerrit for specifics.

Hahaha, I may be a little spooked after this morning. I was playing around with the Dirty Tweak's and my battery was pretty low, then I got a system process error and the screen blacked out, then it kept making the low battery sound and I could not get the screen to come on, even by plugging in the charger. I removed the back and disconnected the battery and rebooted into recovery. I reloaded the stock backup till I figure our what I did wrong, or maybe trying another ROM. I really want to just be able to theme it red since I have the red N5. I loved that more than anything else. Maybe I am a kid who can not stop pressing buttons is the problem.
