Root [ROM] GingerSteem Extreme for LG Esteem MS910

Guys after reading through all this I'm fairly certain that this rom is gonna rock and thanking you ahead of time lol if not for all the hard work you provide on your own time. Needless to say I can't wait to get home and get this started. xD This pretty much made my day.
 
if i install this im on gingersteem version one will my phone improve, also will i be able to overclock to a higher level. i read a post of where one person couldnt before but was able to overclok higher after this update. currently i can only go to 1.5ghz. :( if i cant improve ghz, will this improve my phoen performance in genral?
 
hello guys, i would like to thank the devs for this great ROM. my phone is currently running at 2 ghz with no problem at all. one question i do have, can i change the way the notification bar looks? im really not a fan of it, would have liked if it stayed like it was on "esteemed" or gingersteem 1.0. can i change this with rom toolbox?

dude get it. my phone is running at 2ghz, this thing is AMAZING. i swear, no lag, super smooth. i was considering leaving metro to get a samsung galaxy nexus or something of the caliber. but omg i dont have the need anymore, i mean this is perfect.
 
Nice ROM! My phone is super-smooth at 2 gHz and doesn't have the rebooting issue that some others have reported. Love the theme too- it's pretty much what I was trying to do in UOT Kitchen but I couldn't get some of the changes (such as icons and notification bar) to stick.

Hey i'm a fan of your work, you are really great at this. But this is the only thing im not a fan of right now, can you possibly change this?
 
Another Satisfied esteem owner!! Thanks going out to PG and MT outstanding job on all their labor, for all us esteem users. I'm another one who's able to run at 2GHz without any hiccups. I like the icons used in the notification bar myself. Again thanks for an awesome functional rom.

Give it a try. This rom is worth it.

Uhm. Make your own custom bar with kitchen then flash it to your phone ...

BTW - Thank you SOOOO much for your tireless and relentless work - and for ALL you have done to make our phones better! When/if I ever win the Lottery, you, Aplus and MT will be far richer men! lol

PG, could you upload just the 2.0 kernel? I like the stock theme. :P unless someone can port the cm7 minimal bread theme over at xda.
