Root [ROM] GingerSteem Extreme for LG Esteem MS910

anyone have any problems with MMS ? and can anyone advise how to fix the swipe fc's I updated the swipe cuz it asked to so maybe that's mistake? can I go back to the beta version that was orignally put on the rom? if so can somebody please give a brief explaniatin how to? Please///
 
Thanks alot.. Looks and runs great!! Unfortunately I don't have one of the Esteems that can handle 2Ghz :( Oh well, still happy as hell with this ROM.. Great job and keep up the good work!! Expect another donation soon ;)
 
I like the regular theme if I update will this be removed if so would it be any way for me to get the features without updating
 
Can't seem to get status bar transparency to work properly on a theme I created. You can see its transparent from the lock screen and the notification area. But its always black on any home screen. Any ideas?

Trying to theme the esteem has been difficult for me. The prevail was easier.
 
I have somewhat of a dumb question. If I have SetCpu and Rom ToolBox. Will one conflict with the other? I love Rom ToolBox, but the CPU settings are lacking what SetCpu has for frequency settings. I.E. I can have screen off and set the cpu to run at max of 460 and min of 460. Then with screen on I can have a max of 1.7Ghz and a min of 460 mhz.

if you have em but set yea it could conflict

I use the full blown android overclock that rom toolbox uses the cpu scaling from n it works great.

Ah, I see. I kinda figured it would, doesn't hurt to ask the experts :)

I got one more question. How can I switch the theme back to stock on this ROM? I've been looking all over the rom and can't seem a way to switch it back =(
 
Quick question: My phone reboots at when I set it at 1.8ghz, will it do the same thing if i set it at 2ghz? or is there a way out of it?

Not all phones can hit the same frequencies. In this case, its possible that your phones cpu is limited at 1.8Ghz. Any higher and the same thing will occur.
 
I'm having problems with Juice Defender Plus crashing once I try to configure my apps.
I've emailed the JD devs the info.

This was after flashing this Rom. Was working fine after flashing PG kernel.

well, it reboots when in SetCPU i set it at 1.8ghz, on toolbox i have it set at 1.8ghz but it runs on 1.7ghz max.
 
I don't like the new theme. :(
How can I go back to the previous "Esteemed" theme? Does anyone have the zip. or can I get it from somewhere?
