you can back up the data partition and then perform a factory reset, this will wipe your data, cache, and sd-ext. If this doesn't fix it, then somehow I would assume your system partition was messed with, in which case a reflash would be in order. unless you are comfortable with adb :)
 
Everytime i make a call it vibrated every five seconds and it freezes alot.if i press the lock button it will go out luke it locked but if i press it again it brings up the screen that if froze on

Did you reboot since your first boot?

Did you install gapps?

hey quick question when i use the boot animation changer, i pick the new animation i want and then after a couple seconds it says successfully changed to bootanimation.zip but when i reboot my phone its still the same animation
any ideas? i can preview all of them fine but when i actually go to change it it doesnt change...?

No idea, I never tried it myself....maybe apply it, wipe /cache, dalvik-cache

You have ported the April fools build which the animation replaces itself every time even if you change it. You have to remove the file with an explorer. Give me a second I'll get the instructions for doing this
 
Screen freezes are due to the rotation animations put by cm7 go into cyogen mod settings, animations, disable rotation animations.
 
Whenever I take a picture of watch a video with the Youtube App, I get these 9 lines going down like:

They do not show up on screenshots however. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm going to update to the new build soon.....lol so things purposely did not work because it was April fools? Hahaha xD

So that's why he chose that boot animation that made me think my phone was screwed lolol
 
Just the boot animation. It was going to be allot more but people already freaked out over that and he didn't want anyone thinking they screwed there phones.

The lines is likely the app its just the video freeze as you take a shot. The app want designed to be able to take screen shot of the video. It could also be an anti piracy measure you tube put in.

Jerry, it's because BobZhome never got that to work properly on his kernel.... and that was implemented into your ROM for the port, otherwise it will boot, but touchscreen won't work...

Currently there aren't any, but I was wondering if you could make a BACKside updater app for us Optimus M users, I just keep deleting it at the moment so that no one flashes a non ported ROM onto their phone....
