The way it was explained to me is that the phone is tricked into seeing the sd-ext as internal. That's why you still have the option to move to sd. It thinks it's internal.

the free version can be move, uninstall and reinstall the app and try again. but the reason you might be having issue like that is because LP will install to the phone it self.

I dont think tibu and DT's a2sd work well together lol

titu works for me but you can open TE and type su, than type a2sd remove, once phone reboots see how it goes.
 
Is there anyway to change the behavior of my "end call" button? And how can I do it? It acts like my power button now and I would like to change it so it exits an app like it was back when stock. It works fine to end a call but it just puts my phone to sleep or I can turn off/reboot/etc when on my home screen or in an app.

Got a FORCE CLOSE on MARKET upon UPDATE integration, had to sign in to MARKET just as you would upon installing GAPPS,all is well,MARKET is working just fine.

Probably gonna leave the stock launcher on the ROM in frozen state,it's not taking up that much memory & not consuming any of the other phone's resources.

i unistall mine for ADW Launcher Ex (paid for), & notice everything runs much smoother, even the alarm clock works on sleep mode. oh i'm still on 0727 Rom.

Ok, so how do you manage apps, simply within the Manage Apps in settings, or do you use something else? Do you have a way to back up their data or run batch commands or anything?
 
Whats the best min. to set the CPU at? Or does it all depend on preferences? I have the min. set at 480 now.




Oh and also "Compache RAM Usage" What does it do and should I change it higher then the default for more speed?
 
so can i just install the gapps-gb-20110613-signed on the latest biold for CM7. Because im having to much trouble with gapps_update-2.3.5-gb-20110725-signed . Or is it mandatory i must install the latestest? (if the new one just has the new market then i can just install the apk!

Hope everyone checking this out has luck.. I would but don't have time currently reflash if something goes wrong.. One thing I did notice is that it said that BusyBox 1.18.2 or lower was a requirement and you would receive errors on anything higher.. Not sure what 0728 comes with normally or if TITU installs it but it is showing BusyBox 1.18.4.. Downgrade may be necessary to make it probably work.. Just a thought, don't honestly know as i haven't tried.. Throwing it out there ;)
 
Another A2SD question for the experts :) Skimmed the threads but couldnt find an answer.. Was having strange issues with swype, guessing it was from being on SD card.. so... ran a2sd remove, then a2sd cachesd.. swype problems gone.. my question is, now that i'm only running davlik on sd, is it safe to use gingerbread's or titu's Move App To SD card for certain apps? or is there a better way?

With 0728, the Busybox installer shows I have 1.16.2 already installed, so it's low enough.

I just installed it, and my phone is running. I haven't put in the updates yet, but I'm about to. Then I'll touch base in a day or two about any differences I might notice.

edit: I installed both updates, rebooted, waited for the phone to settle down, cleared the cache to make sure, and ran Antutu. The first time I ran it (or got it to run without crashing, I should say) my stats were pretty much the same, except my 2d graphics was 173, in line with the rest of you, instead of 110 to 140 like it's been all along. I was all Right On! and ran it again. This time, my 2d was at 25, and the rest sucked, too. Even with a class 10 card, my total was 599. What that means, I haven't the foggiest.

In the end, I'm not sure if it's snappier yet or not, but it definitely doesn't feel slower.
