Basically, there are three things unrevoked is supposed to do:
1) Give you a custom recovery image
2) Root your ROM
3) Give you full root (write to system) via S-OFF. Security is enabled on the Evo, by default.
If you uncheck that, you'll just get a custom recovery and a rooted ROM. Presumably, you want full root, so leave that enabled (unless you don't want full root).
What exact did you redownload? Did you redownload the reflash_package.exe?

I've redownloaded everything again including the reflash_package.exe and the android-usb-driver. Uninstalled the drivers again and then reinstalled. I have no idea if I'm doing something wrong or my phone is not rootable, confusing
