Yeah I've been taking 6000-10000iu's a day for quite some time now. It hits me worse than most people since I did live so long in Hawaii where we have sunshine 12 months a year and now being up here we can go days without seeing the sun and even when we do see it its so cold so only my face feels the sun since everything else is bundled.


To make things worse, I woke up this morning to find there was a fraudulent charge on my bank account :(:mad:.

Silver lining of the day, this thread finally hit 1K:D

Yeah, I lived in Hawaii for a little while, I can imagine it would get bad for someone who had lived there for a long time. Winter hits me pretty hard, too. I don't have SAD, but I can imagine it sucks pretty bad. :(
 
Update server is down... DJ05 OTA prep maybe? I know... probably wishful thinking

EDIT: Back up... nothing new. OTOH, I managed to KILL this thread for 3.5 hrs.
 
Can anyone tell me why when I try to transfer some music I get a message that something is wrong and it will not transfer? Also some photos do not want to go over to my phone, I never had this problem with my BB so I am wondering what I may be doing wrong. As for music I am not trying to tranfer over copyrighted material so I don't get it. I am in your hands, I know you all can help. Thanks!

How are you transferring it? Just copy and paste on the sdcard? Or some other way?

So I had to take my son to a birthday party just now, its in the next town 5 miles away and I finally got to drive on a road where the speed limit is higher than 45mph, although admittedly its still only 60. Anyway, had some fun with fastest droid app. Obviously, I dont condone reckless driving blah blah blah. I think when I go pick him up I might take another crack at this 100 is probably attainable on a certain stretch of that road ;)

Question, I just noticed that my wife's Fascinate doesn't even have the last Marketplace update (the one that moved reviews to a tab). How do I manually update her marketplace?

You could flash a rom that has it or you can get the 2.2 market at xda under fascinate development (i think page 2 or 3......i think its there and not in themes and apps)

Hey now.. I may fly across the country the-speed-limit-is-basically-a-myth roads to work, but I'd never endanger anyone but myself because of it, especially kids.

Odd though, when I installed it it seems to always have GPS on, even when the app's not running. Not sure I like that..

I tried doing Top Speed and running from one end of the house to the other (with arms flailing, for good measure) but sadly it didn't register.

:p maybe you need to go outside, maybe the signal is blocked or something.
seriously people have like 2.5 mph speeds posted on the thing, the bottom ones even say running or biking stuff like that.
Or maybe you dont run very fast Moonfire :o

Very likely, I don't run often >.>. And true, perhaps I'll try running around outside tomorrow. That is sure not to get any funny looks from my neighbors. My goal is to have the lowest speed!

Forgot my reason for this post,.Yes the X probably too big for a small hand..also anyone with bad arthritis such as myself..I would keep fascinate EXCEPT FOR ALL THE CRAPWARE THAT CAUSES CONSTANT DROP CALLS..LET THEM KEEP THEIR MILLIONS ON ADS..ONE DAY, IF WE GET SMART, THEY WILL ADVERTISE TO THEMSELVES.YEAH, THEY FORGOT THEIR JOB..TO SERVICE THE cUsTOmer .YES, uS

You're too nice, imo >.> Sounds like he wants to remove crapware..and remove Superuser.. Doesn't make sense to me, but then again my brain kinda glazes over when I read all caps, especially when excessive punctuation is involved.
 
I am returning phone for a network issue they said was a bad phone..need to remove superuser or I hear they will keep my phone and charge me for it and return a different USED phone rather than a new replacement > I am in the 30 day window.??
As for the irritating punctuation . It's what verizon does to us and I think it's time we just refuse to buy in order to get this crapware under control, or at least removable w/o jumping thru all kinds of hoops..Just making a point..Wish there were Root and unroot One button resolutions
I had so many dropped calls because of their crapware such as visual voicemail, messaging etc that disconnects calls when my 'cheek' activates them.Wish I could remove the button, regain the real estate and add a useful button such as redial etc..Biggest problem , why doesn't screen stop accepting commands while on calls?? A bit of an oversight .
back to issue at hand- removing superuser to return phone to verizon..thanks
PS..For the record I have tried all posts I could find including re-installing superuser etc..Just can't rid the menu of a greyed out superuser icon
