how was this done on handcent?? Very neat.
Go into Settings > Custom Style > Conversation list settings

First select Display Contact Pictures and choose 'Don't display'.

Now select Contact Font and change the size (mine is 49) then go into Contact Font Colour (not spelling it the American way :P) and change the transparency to 49 as well.
I have the Subject Font set to size 12 and transparency to 166 (with red at 232, green at 233, and blue at 234 [not sure why, though]).
Then go to Date font and make it bold, and then select Date font colour and change the transparency (mine is now 35, but it was brighter in the image shown).

Then, lastly, go to Divider colour and just set the transparency to 0.

Time for another update...

How do you replace the standard battery icon with the dial one you have on the notification bar? :)

How do you replace the standard battery icon with the dial one you have on the notification bar? :)

well as long as you have a rooted phone, you can do it.
I am on LeeDroid ROM, so i am not sure if it only works on the LeeDroid ROM, but i installed it onto my brothers phone and he uses a different ROM to me.
here are the steps.

As usual, do a Nandroid backup before installing so if something goes wrong you can restore your phone to the previous state... (on that note, if you choose to do this, it is at your own risk, i take no responsibility if this does anything to your phone)

1. download this file and save it to your SD card on your phone
2. reboot into recovery (i use clockworkmod)
3. Select “install zip from sdcard“
4. Select “choose zip from sdcard“
5. Find the LeeDroid_Battery_A_TRANSMOD.zip file on the SD Card (its at the bottom of the files list, use Vol+ (two menus)
6. Wait a few moments while it installs
7. Once you see the text “reboot now to finish installation” you can go back to the main ClockWorkMod screen and select Reboot now
8. The phone will now Reboot multiple times, displaying the “stuff” coming out of the box. Allow this cycle to complete. The phone will either boot to the OS or to back to Recovery. If it boots back to the OS, get back to recovery by turning off your phone and turning it back on with VOL_DOWN as normal.

its from dell stage launcher,

Dell Stage Apk's.zip - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download

download to comp, put in root of sd card, then install launcher first than widgets.

credits to:

[APP] Dell Stage Launcher - xda-developers

the music widget has to be used with stage ui tho

That's a shame. I was thinking, finally, something that looks different and is useful, might be time for a change. I'd take the widget, don't fancy a different launcher though.
