[Verizon] [rom]jbsourcery v5.4-lte[06/07/13] jb4.2.2 The Final Call

Curious. It seems that I have had two System U/I crashes in the last 2 days. It resets itself immediately, but I didn't know if anyone else is experiencing this.

Clean flash of 2.3.

Yes, I've had the same thing. I just wrote it off. Didn't really affect anything

OK - so I hit the microphone button for the phone to start listening to me and it just sort of stares at me blankly and doesn't begin transcribing my voice to text. The microphone screen is black. When it's working it's a red mic in the middle and the circle sort of pulsates to let you know it's listening. And even when it is listening, it's very sluggish - it's usually behind at least 10 seconds.

Make sense now? Sorry - if this doesn't make sense I'll try and grab a screen shot.

Thank you eagle for your efforts and replies. In regards the Facebook contact sync issue (why I quoted those parts) the research I have done does not lead me to any security issue with this feature at all. My research shows me that the underlying reason is what I underlined above.

Google doesn't want the Facebook contact sync feature to work on our phones anymore like we had in the past. It wants everyone to forget/forego their Facebook accounts and use Google+ instead.

So at the end of the day, it's not a security issue, it's a peeing contest between Facebook and Google+.

If you can re-enable it, please do. Damn the torpedoes!

Yea I'd like to know that too. On 2.2 I could run air and have good battery but 2.3 is giving me the blues, great rom just need some fuel for it lmao. I've tried about all of them lol smh, may just stick with lean for now...

The new Alpha 60 Trinity kernel has been amazing for me so far. Runs really cool temps and getting good battery life. Give it a shot!

It's very strange. It only happens when I'm in the car. And, uh, I can't take a screen shot of it b/c I'm driving. I will try and grab a screen cap when I'm not driving, but in a car. Until then, don't sweat it - thanks for the reply and keep up the awesome work.
 
I lost my mobile connection completely yesterday, didn't know how. But it wouldn't connect via cell at all. Tried rebooting, *28899, toggling on/off/on/off, nothing. If it ever happens to you, before you try all the stuff above, be sure that Mobile Data is actually tuned on. I have no idea how it got turned off, but I'm fine again. Weird.

I just downloaded it from both Wi-Fi and 4g. Assuming you have a site or bad connection.

Just finished dialing that and mine shows it on the screen.
 
Just installed my bigbear request theme just fine! Downloaded the theme from WiFi and my colors from 4g...No problems...just let it sit for a minute then you should get the option to reboot to recovery, etc. Only problem i am having is getting g mail to theme. Play store worked, no Gmail

I'll keep trying to download it. I tried downloading other things like a font and that did ask me if I wanted to reboot but bean picker never did.

But the *228 I haven't had work on 2.2 or 2.2.4. I figured it was just a bug in that version that's y I never said anything thinking it work in 2.3. But u say yours works fine. What could possibly be the issue on my phone that's causing that?

My dearest eagle...is there any way you can add the ability to have the battery bar change colors at certain percentages? I like a minimal status bar, so i turn battery icon off and only use the bar. If it could change color once it gets below 10 percent or so, it's be great!
 
I'm on 2.2, Every time when I try to change the lock screen wallpaper and after I have selected an image from gallery, it crashes giving a message that JB Control Center has stopped working?

How do I fix this?

Hey - I was finally able to replicate the problem - it's only when I am connected via bluetooth to the car audio. So it seems to be a bluetooth issue. This was not the case when I was rocking stock. Any suggestions?

I'm going to try it. I've had problems with lock ups on Lean Kernel and battery life has been abysmal on Franco since upgrading to 2.3.
 
Blossom soft keys. After dlg / flashing JB 2.3 and Steamworks 2.3 then back to Beanpicker 2.3. (Yes, wiped each time) I went into Sourcery control center and tools and mucked about with color and glow for the soft keys. Oops! Now there are bright disks covering the key icons in the Nav bar and one cannot see the key graphics so they all just look like bright disks. Color reset-does not work. I finally had to reset soft keys and use a different set of Soft key icons. None of the others icon sets have this problem so I know it was something I did. I just can't seem to undo it. I would like to have my Blossoms back.
