It may depend what gapps you are using, and or if Johnny b every got around to theming the new Gmail. I know his bean picker extras were themed from an older version of Gmail, hence why it may not work for you.
 
If you load beanpicker, your apps are inverted as well.

We are trying to build a more stock look with inverted gapps as well, just to have more options.

Eagle said that there was a security issue, and that it is easy to add back; I have yet to find the security issue (as I have posted), the only one I find is that it is an internal competition issue between Facebook and Google+. And eagle has not responded since I asked him up front to answer.

So I guess I will be a squeaky wheel in this thread until I get a clear answer.

Please, please, please; either give me a firm link about the security issue/broke stuff or I will have no choice but to continue squeaking here and elsewhere until my axle gets greased.

This is a facebook issue not our issue.

It is our decision that until facebook follows the google standard its not something we Plan on including at this time.

Thats whats great about custom roms many options out there.

I Believe BlackDroid has this in CNA.

Dont know what others. Just not something we are interested in doing at this time

I may have confused security with the issue stated above, alot of things come my way.

But Security still comes to mind just not sure where i got that.

Thanks for posting this I forgot about dialing it directly lol. Were u ever able to get the dial pad to work? I never could on mine.

What is the big reason for not including this? I think its a feature a lot of ppl would appreciate. For me I will still be using this rom regardless as I believe its the best I've used, going back to the og droid lol. But it would be nice to have.

I would deduce that the reason is Facebook is not following the Google standard. :)

As per notice from updater, updated Apex Launcher today and it broke. Tried uninstalling updates-no go, still broke. Went to play store and selected uninstall but it will not uninstall. Now Apex launcher does not show up in Apps-All in the settings but still shows up on play store list as installed but nothing happens when I select uninstall. It just will not uninstall. Only Apex files I can find on the phone are the back-up data and settings for it. Wiped cache and Dalvik, rebooted but still no change. Decided to reinstall rom but the zip for 2.3 has seemingly disappeared from my phone. Odd, 2.2 zip still there apparently. Hope re-flashing rom will remedy situation. Any other way to fix than re-downloading / re-flashing the rom?
 
Download another launcher like nova from the playstore until there is a fix. I think after doing that and pressing home it will ask you to choose another launcher.
 
Idn what happened but I was messing with the led settings and now when my screen is off I get a continuous led flashing blue and I don't have any notifications, is there a fix?
 
Try a reboot....Try changing settings back to how they were before...
Don't know what you changed so hard to say how to fix :-)

p.s. I installed justin beans latest all in one (not the aroma installer) over the top of 2.3 and have nice and stock looking inverted gapps.
 
wierd i dont show an update for apex. but maybe it was pulled if it broke.

I went to the thread on xda and yup the update killed lots of people so i guess it was pulled and why i dont see it.

There is a stock 2.3 theme in the sourcery theme manager which is something to try if you get things screwed up also, that should restore it for you too.

This is something out of our contol on this one , sorry but as i said if anyone still has this flash the stock 2.3 theme that should fix it for you .

the recovery wont as its just mainly for system apps we may screw up with our mods. But the stock theme has apex in it so it should restore it.
 
Yeah I had the same problem with Apex update breaking things. Unfortunately I couldn't access Titanium but I had a nandroid from several days ago so that'll get me close enough.

+1, had to pull the battery to get there though.

How are we going to know when it is fixed. no timeline reference on the play store page.
 
If you have any way of accessing the pulldown menu with Apex hosed on you, access Settings that way. Go to Apps and uninstall the Apex update. Should get you back up and running. Thanks to JeffRuby for the tip :)
 
Weird problem. On 2.3 with bean picker...whenever i call it, the incoming call ring appears so i cannot end call, turn on speaker phone, etc...any help?
 
Love this ROM...cant get LMT to work though...don't use full screen as much as with ICS, so not deal breaker. Just thought I would throw it out there. Gets FCs often. Thoughts?

UPDATE: Deleted LMT version 1.3 and downloaded 1.5 and NOW all is good. Thanks for the help.

Did you install the latest lmt? I had it for close until I updated to the latest lmt launcher. I don't ever leave full screen. I love the extra real estate.
 
is it me or does the browser crash and go to home screen a lot? idk if its rom or jb problem, hell maybe its my phone giving me the finger...lol
