My inverted Gmail broke in 2.1...may have to go back to 1.9.....

So did you have invert gmail working dandy on 1.9, then you dirty flash to 2.1 and it broke? If so, have you yet tried to reflash the inverted gmail while on 2.1? I've never used inverted apps so I'm just throwing this out there.

I cant seem to get wifi tether to work. I am on 1.9 and the app acts like it is working on the phone, but my laptop & tablet cant see the ssid to connect. I see a few on rootzwiki say it is working, but cant figure it out. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still no go. Anyone have an idea?

You're using the built in tether correct? It's been reported as working AOK, but people who have tried to use a 3rd party TETHERING APP have had issues since day one afaik.

I think it is the built in one, but it is located here android-wifi-tether - Wireless Tether for Root Users - Google Project Hosting

It is the only one I have used and it was working fine in ICS, but I cant figure out why others are getting it to work but not me.

It is the only one I have used and it was working fine in ICS, but I cant figure out why others are getting it to work but not me.

Thats a 3rd party app. Use the built in tether. Settings > more > tethering

Just do a search, probably through Google Now, for your sports team(s). Scores and such will automatically appear during a game. I think that's all it does for now, but theoretically it could also provide links to news about the team (trades, draft picks, etc).

make sure sports cards are enabled and search for your teams

they should come up after that

Do a search within Google Now for your team. Make sure you read the op for the tips about how to make sure you've taken the steps needed to make Google now work properly.

I understand. That mod is for bigxies JB rom which is NOT for our toro (well at least the .zip isn't) so you cannot flash it. However, the guide he listed works for any GN. I'm not interested in the mod for my phone otherwise I'd post a "how-to" for you Guess you need to read through the thread and see if anyone has done the mod to toro and if/how it works.
