Wild UI. Have you seen this?

I signed up, looks pretty freaking awesome... wonder if running over blur screws it up any?

I ain't really running blur too much anymore except for contacts and calendar. Renamed BlurHome.apk since I'm using LPP. Also took down social bloatware, etc. I think we'll be fine.

Has anyone actually installed this home repl app? If so, how does it work? Hog memory/cpu?

This looks amazing, I signed up. If anyone gets the .apk....post it up for the rest of us! :D

im quite surprised that its been almost a week already and noone has really heard back yet-maybe a nice little christmas/new years gift

Charging $30 bucks for this in the Android market would be nuttier that squirrel shit, I don't think much of anyone would be willing to plunk down $30 clams for a UI. Not when someone could go make a ROM out of it and give it away for beer money.

Yeah I plunked down $18 bucks for PDAnet and used it for a couple of weeks. Then I rooted, got Wireless Tether for free, and haven't used it since. That's the most I've ever paid for an app, and the most I ever plan on paying for an app.

I saw the video. All I can say is Whoa! I used spb when I was on windows mobile. This looks, pardon my saying, sexy.

poke around on their site and you will see the price. I think I saw it while looking at the windows version video. $30 is way more than I will pay to see stuff twirl around. I understand that it does more than that but and I dont really know the full function but I still wouldnt part with $5 to see my screens on a merry go round. I have trouble finding enough stuff to fill up 7 pages anyway.

I did sign up for a chance at being chosen to beta test but I guess Ive blown that chance by speaking my mind.

Where is $30 price tag came from anyway? But I wil be all over this the same day it release

They are just anticipating the price based on Mobile Shell for Windows Mobile. Ill have my copy on release day as well.

Moderator note, anybody that hacks this UI to be included in a Rom will quickly be banned on any and all noteworthy sites.

It doesn't really mean Android version will cost as much. Look at SPB TV.. it $10 for BB and free for Android. Same as Vlingo, which cost me $18 on BB Storm, and android version is free.
Lets hope for the best, for some of us $30 is too steep.

I can't wait for this to come out. The software was revolutionary on WinMo. The only reason why I didn't throw my Samsung Omnia in the trash was because of Mobile Shell. I will gladly pay $30 for it, although I haven't seen anywhere that says it will cost that much.

Any idea on the release date? I saw an article on the SPB website from February 2010 talking about how version 5.0 brings support for Android... Then nothing

I have not seen an update lately, but patiently waiting to check it out. I used SPB Mobile Shell with the TP2 and liked it. It will be interesting to see what they have in store for Android

I'm kind of disappointed that the company never seems to follow up on this. They have mentioned several times that its coming out, and I keep getting my hopes up. Oh well, now I'm happy with ADW EX so... yeah. Still curious about this though.
