Root ZTE ZMAX Pro (Z981) "off topic" root discussion

I know you're not trying to be an a****** I was just saying right after I sign up for beta I took screenshots I posted on Google+ it didn't take long to reach other forms
 
They ask for your name address .phone number. imei. email. service provider. I didn't think it was such a big deal I personally could care less.

Ya I am usually very careful too about my info but this time I also don't care. I just want to be a beta tester for my phone especially and hopefully if it really is for nougat. All walls are down. Bring it!

Take off the tinfoil hat, ZTE doesn't have access to an ss7 telecom switch. The NSA, well sure they do.
 
I think they ask for info about the phone like imei because not everyone that sign up will be a part of the program. They will use that info to send the beta to chosen devices like the b12 update..

Ah so it's for getting the update from their server, not for signing it.

Here's qualcomms quadroot scanner results, showing that the phone has vulnerabilities that can be potentially exploited:

Can someone here setup a thread for app ports and possibly instructions on how to port apps? I'm still doing my own research on how to make apks for nougat work on mm, and install as a regular apk instead of having to place them in the system app folder cause we still working on root.. here's the nougat camera to show what I mean and the possibilities.. not my work but I found it doing research..

Can you upload it elsewhere it's not downloading from here. Download completes after only 16kb for some reason
