The manager was probably an older person and was following orders and not going to risk having his store leak any info out. I know the reps are usually more friendly than their managers at least in the stores I go to.

So it's been pushed back yet again? I'm still going to stop by tomorrow when the store opens to see if anything happens. If they tell me it's pushed back next week, then so be it. But I'll warn them. The Costco do not sell till 121411 thing is referring to the snowflake pathway lights, not the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

Not sure if joking, but the do not sell part is listing the Gnex's item number..

I just got back from eating lunch at Costco, so I decided to visit the kiosk. The rep there said it will launch Friday (12/9). There was even the price tag on the counter indicating $289. He had a demo device for me to play with, it was nice and thin/light. My wife was also at another Costco, so I told her to ask the rep there. They told her it will launch on Friday also.

So many reps are guarded with their Nexus canned answer. I bet if someone calls and says do you have the Galaxy tab in stock, before you get Galaxy out they will start their speech. lol
