Was trying to backup my ROM with clockwork recovery but it fails every time and I looked in control panel and noticed this, how do I fix it?

When I copy them to the phone, they don't show up. I tried Computer\Nexus 5\Internal storage\DCIM\Camera, and Computer\Nexus 5\Internal storage\Pictures, but nothing is there on the phone.

I am using the Nexus 5 and it still says SAMSUNG Android Phone.

I tried coping the .bat to the SDK directory and running the program as admin. Tried copying the SDK EXE from the lib folder to the root of the SDK but no dice. The program just refues to launch, it just flashes a screen for a second the immediately closes.

How do I fix this?

Was trying to learn how to flash a factory image from google but keep getting that error in the command prompt every time. I put the factory image in the C:\Program Files (x86)\SDK Manager\sdk\platform-tools where the adb is and put phone into bootloader mode and run the flash-all.bat batch...

I was just rooted and now all of a sudden I lost root and get this message from SuperSU AGAIN. NOTE: If you just upgraded to Android 4.3, you need to manually re-root, as just updating the app may not suffice. What does manually re root mean?

Something like the WugFresh Nexus Root Toolkit.
