Have you tried CTMod yet, it may be better for you, because it is more reliable

Cyanogen is still a beta and and I am working on fixing these issues

Use the DSP Manage app that was included with CM7. In DSP Manage, select Headset under Equalizer, check the box to enable the equalizer. Then tap the Equalizer levels box itself, and a popup of the Equalizer level box that will allow you to change the levels will appear. Drag all levels too the bottom. Makes it so much better for phone calls, also do the same for your Headset, and you'll be able to listen to your music on headphones again without busting an ear drum.

oops I deleted DSP Manager when I first installed before I made any calls because I thought it was bloatware. how do I get it back?

Yeah CTmod is amazing, faster, reliable and down right badass, everyone flocks to CM like its a Ferrari, but with CTmod i have better reception not over bearing audio, my callls dont drop, etc etc i have ZERO problems---

I use ES file explorer so instructions might be a little different.

Place apk file on your SD card. Click on ES file explorer to open ( make sure you go into settings and check mark "Root Explorer" and "Mount File System" ).

Long press on apk file. Sub menu pops up click "copy" ( you will notice a small gray box with a little arrow on it).

On left side of screen you will see a star click on it, another sub menu pops up choose "phone". Scroll down to "system" folder click to open.

In system click on "app" folder, now drag the little box with the arrow to open it long press the apk file. Sub menu pops up click "paste".

Reboot phone for app to take effect and VOILA it should be working now.

I can confirm that switching to the EJ06 baseband breaks volume control during call... switching back and forth with factory wipes in between....

great job guys i love it but i have one issue, when its on speaker phone nothing can be heard. will there be a fix for this? other than that i cant say enough good things about it. im running cm-7.1.0-HROARK and all the latest fixes.

everything works fine with me but the gps and navigation.like it wont get the gps it keep saying searching for gps.is thier a fix for that yet or no?

I cant get google navigation to lock on to my location. Can someone post the apk for telenav or recommend another navigation app

Here you go..
Stock Boost Mobile Telenav
Extract and put it on your SDcard
Use your file exporer to install.
The one that came with CM7 will do
Make sure you have "unknown sources" checked in settings-->applications

Beta 3.5 released

You have to be on Base Band Version EJ06 before you install Beta 3.5

Do Not Install the Google Maps Update from The Market

BACKUP YOUR DATA AND APPS THIS WILL FORMAT SYSTEM DATA AND CACHE PARTITIONS

INCLUDES GOOGLE APPS, I DID THIS BECUASE OF THE ISSUE WITH GOOGLE MAPS

Well it was a real pain getting this to work with the new files from the new GB Rom

It was like I had to start from scratch

There are some improvements and some new bugs, and some old bugs

You have to be on Baseband Version EJ06 to load this, use Odin to install phone.tar for that version

It uses the new 2.6.35.7 Kernel (no there is no overclocking)
Using different libraries and files from various sources
GPS driver is from CM source code and seems a lot better
Have to toggle wifi the first time you connect to a new network
