Root [Kernel][GB] KoumaKernel 2.5

I'm guessing CTmod 2.5 doesn't have koumakernel 1.2 in it, from the release notes. Could we just install CTmod and then KK without breaking anything, or would it be better to leave KK 1.0?

It's perfectly normal to install CT-2.5 and then KK1.2

Well, it's what I did, so I think it's normal :D

I don't know if anyone has already asked this question... But it takes forever to wake up my phone ever since I used this kernel, I followed the instructions carefully so i was just wondering if this is happening for everyone?
Thank you.

Thank you.

I've not had an issue coming out of sleep mode, It does take a bit longer to boot
I'm also using a SanDisk class 2 8gig card partitioned 4gig Fat and 4gig Ext4

I'm also running CTMod 2.5 and it sometime won't wake up I'll have to press it multiple times.
I ran it on CTMod 2.5 without a hitch just not on CM7 (see Kouma's post). If phone wont wake up try from scratch, that always works for me lol.

I love seeing this almost all the time.:D

i want you to tell me what i changed

I see some serious changes in the file sizes of all the kernel modules.

The kernel itself appears to be the same size, I haven't ran a binary compare on it yet though.

Did you change some code, or did you find some new compile option that makes things even smaller?

Are you sure? I got a stage 2 clutch, lol.

Stage 2 clutches are like Yellow stickers, Ricers think they make their hondas faster.

Those same people claim V8 cars are too heavy.

Funny, then why do I have to put sand bags in my trunk to put my torque to the pavement?

not wide enough tires?:p:D:eek::cool:
