When you flash a kernel the kernel version should change because the developer changes the name.

you can only change the name when you build the kernel from source.. which i didn't.. i only altered the stock kernel so yes you will see the stock name for it..

Edit: reboot out of no where @ 1804 as well

Ive installed kernel #2 does it matter if i delete daverick cache and data?

All my scripts for anything flashabl. in cwm will always wipe cache and dalvik cache

I flashed #2 speed around 7 pm or so and idk if anyone else getting this problem but i think my battery life has gone down since flashing it. Phone is says about 1 hour and 45 min of charge and i have JD ive been messing around with my phone re installing my apps for 30 min i was 100% and and when i was done got down to about 86%.

the the default cpu_freq is higher than usual so drains battery faster that one was just like the test kernel, im compiling a new one as we speak and hopefully it does what i want this time lol
