So, is the M8 the only option at this point? Or the Prime horizon? I can't think of any other new phones with 32gb. Maybe Moto
Who's your carrier/service provider?

There certainly are a lot of references to VS985 16GB and none for 32GB. So either false information is being perpetuated by these sometimes bot looking specs comparison sites, or you were right Rush.
I don't believe for a second that they'll offer 2 phones so I'm hoping its a regurgitation of false info. Otherwise, its goodbye and goodnight for me. I'm on the fence for other reasons but I'm straight up outta the picture if its 16GB. I bought my last 16 years ago.
Any phone you buy now will eventually get Licorice or Lollypop or whatever.I want a phone with the new "L" Android OS that they are revealing at Google I/O today. It does look very nice from what I can tell so far. problem is it will likley not come to Verizon till the next gen phones come out later in the year or even next year I'm guessing.
I can't believe it's the 25th and we're still guessing on this. I half hoped it would actually be RELEASED by now, yet we don't know WHAT will be released or WHEN. Now I'm getting irritated. Sprint says July. July 1? July 30? I don't understand it and it's really turning me off.Nah! My S4 is doing fine, but I like getting new stuff each year. This might be the first year I do not in the cell phone cycle of life. If my S4 were to break, I would get a Note 3 for now and then cry about not being able to use with one hand Signal is the same as the S4, so at least not worse.
I do think it's a given that at least Samsung will release a Prime globally and perhaps LG as well. Sometime in late-ish August to combat the market share battle with the new iPhones. I agree stuff releases all the time and waiting for the next thing can be perpetually silly, but this might be the one time to actually wait. Maybe, but I am just rationalizing due to the near apparently likely 2/16 G3 from Verizon.
If 2/16 only is true, BOOOOOO!

BTW, I am going for it by predicting at least one more calendar week of non-official, completely concocted news! I feel like Kramer in the Seinfeld episode where he drives around with the car salesman on an empty tank

Lol, yesSo maybe Android L will add around an hour to the G3? Or not.
I'm sure as many different opinions as there are posts here, but I will wait and see what Verizon offers next month. Then I may wait a bit longer and see if verizons gets a so called "prime" G3 maybe, and then after that by mid September I may just go back to Apple and one of the new iphones if worst comes to worse which are supposed to only have 32 or 64 storage sizes.
What I can't see is giving up my Lg G2 with 32gb ram and wireless charging for a 16/2 plugin in charge only phone just because the camera is better and the screen has more pixels. The sd slot is useless to me. I wouldn't use it after my experience with it on the S3 and S4. As far as the other options, S5, Samsung anything, HTC, MotoX etc . . . . yuck to all of them quite frankly.... In the end though, I still like the G3, just not the watered down model they are try to shove on us.
So maybe Android L will add around an hour to the G3? Or not.
Maybe in my opinion they just should embrace together and stop these silly bashing but keep the competition to a balanced level. Maybe it'll be interesting to see integration from both platform but having the mindset of openness and less greeedd please!!!!.That and displace about 20% more of the internal storage space due to ART requirements Dalvik is going away, so look forward to probably even less space and some apps that worked to stop. Then hope the dev that created the app updates and has not moved on.
Based on the IO love fest, seems Android devoted people are becoming similar cultists as iOS counterparts. Might as well join hands, since becoming similar as time progresses.
I am beginning to think that Google are the Borg and very arrogant about it.
Frankly, I value the interaction in this thread more than a 3/32, so a 2/16 is not a total loss. I will not get one if 2/16, but appreciate the folks in the thread
Can you think of a single example from anywhere throughout modern commerce history where two companies embraced, without a merger, that did anything good directly whatsoever for the consumer and not resulting in either criminal prosecutions or criminal actions claimed by the public for collusion and price fixing?Maybe in my opinion they just should embrace together and stop these silly bashing but keep the competition to a balanced level.
