Yeah, maybe. But ATT has been doing that for G2, Moto X a few months already.

Wow, Verizon is at it again with that hideous logo on front. Glad I left them at the beginning of year.:D

LOL...Venture over to the car forums and the first thing that many people do is remove the dealer paper and license plate frame that's been placed on the vehicle. Thing is, from what I've been told, CA law requires something to be on the back plate area, even if it's just a blank sheet of paper...hahaha.

That said, if this does end up having a removable back cover and removable battery, then I'm sure there will be replacement back covers available for sale shortly after the release date. At least, for my Note 3, I was able to re-create the same look I had with my original HTC Evo (white back with black front), 1 week after release.

If Ubergizmo's AnTuTu screen shot is for real, then it's an 801, no question. (Would still like someone to tell me why an Odin would matter.)

They also raise the question about true resolution because one screen shot is smaller than QHD. I'm thinking image reduction for web publishing or something like that, not a resolution issue.

Meanwhile, AnTuTu couldn't figure out the ppi. Color me completely surprised. Gosh. /sarcasm

So there we go, something to consider on the rainy nights ahead.

Meanwhile - can someone explain to me how the peek-a-boo Circle case is cool? I don't get it. But I've never used the earlier one on the G2 either.

It looks like the white Verizon model is all black on the front, and doesn't have the white bottom half like all the other leaked photos show. Wonder if that is one way for the Verizon to be different from other carriers. In some ways I like it, in some ways I don't. I will most likely get the black/dark gray version, but am considering white.
 
Don't you know that holes in the front covers are all the rage now?


801...805...Odin....don't care. It will be a good phone no mater which they use.

Here's the deal with Odin. Without Odin, there'd be no Thor. Without any Thor, there'd be no Marvel comics. Without the Marvel Comics, there'd be no Marvel's Agents of Shield. Nnnnnooooooooooow do you get it? :p

I take it you're a gamer then.

I'd certainly be interested in more information on the rest of the Odin.

For us non-gamers, the GPU is typically less important than the other cores.

Could be. I've not been in there, because I'm on vacation. I would have gone away, but my wife got serious sciatic problems, so I'm taking the week to take care of her, but I'll logon.

That is how my HTC EVO was and how I currently have it on the Note 3. Thing is, you can get the black one and then buy the white backing to switch it up.

It's called, some marketing brainiac saw what Motorola was doing with smartwatches (circle is different), so he/she said, let's separate ourselves from Samsung by making a circle and people will hopefully love it.

IMO, just a marketing crapshoot. If it fails, cost of production probably not that expensive, so they can think of some other gimic that will work next year... lol.

A lot of people love the HTC retro case, but I think that one is just as gimicky.
