Some of these things aren't adding up to what our "sources" were telling us?

RAM: 1GB
ROM: 32GB
External Memory: 32GB microSD up to a maximum 2GB/microSDHC
SIM Card: Size conventional battery pack: lithium-ion battery battery capacity: 1750mAh
 
Hmmm. Not happy with the specs released by the Japanese carrier. If it is clocked to 1.2, has a 5mp camera, and a 1750maH battery and a processsor that is one click below the IP4S, then I have to do some serious thinking. Sure ICS is going to be good, but in the spring/summer, the specs will have been upgraded.
 
I haven't seen this in here and I thought it was worth sharing. If you have access to an ios device, here is some free cloud storage for you. This tip cam from chrlswltrs.

(a) Not sure about that whole 2GB microSDHC thing... must be a number omission, but it'd be nice to see an SD card slot in it!

(b) For all you statistics wonks like me, you'll be pleased to know that we went from 10K to 10.5K posts in just 11 hours - and that's with a lot of people shifted over to the chat page! On our way to another record!

Just take a look at the original page. It says up to 2 Gb microsd and up to 32microSDHC

If this is the Nexus, why would google tease us with what is quite clearly a completely different looking phone. I'm happy to admit they might exaggerate the curve, but to then release that ugly bulbous thing is ridiculous.

I don't like the aesthetics of the three dots on the side. One should be 1.5mm further apart than the other two.

It doesn't matter which one.

I may just buy a used Eris.

Long time lurker here from page 30 onwards.
I'm hoping those specs are japan only and hopefully the UK/AUS and US market get something slightly more beefed up.

Love my desire but I was looking to replace it and I'm hoping to be able to do that soon.

Couldn't care less about the camera but it would be nice with 2mp/8mp like the s2 and that the cpu would be 1.5ghz factory clocked as opposed to 1.2.
I'm aware that the omap 4460 is rated at 1.2-1.5ghz, and that they could have just clocked it lower for higher battery claims, but still, would have been nice to be 1.5 factory clocked.
 
I don't know guys. Maybe I am imagining it, but I can still see the outline of that bald guys dome and his specs in the screen. Zoom in and look. So it looks fake to me. A render. Not willing to bet that that is the real phone.....

Pampered and cared for. Developed in the dark over the months.

Like a baby, we have watched this beautiful thing grow from vaporware to fully formed and ready for the real world. We've seen the "ultrasounds", the "blood tests", the opinions of the "experts".

Tonight is delivery night, and we get to see it in all its glory!

Like a proud family, we hope all the fingers & toes are there, everything's in its place, alive before us for the first time!

And we'll all be proud, happy and there for the event: all except for Verizon, the weird uncle in the family that nobody likes to talk about. He's already got his own favorite nephew, the RAZR, and couldn't care less about this one.

But WE do: Nexus is born TONIGHT! :D
