That's the problem. It includes a bunch of things (gapps), so it's hard to pinpoint what exactly the problem is. The fact that it's running without data on is normal.

Ok not to sure what an epst is but I'll try to flash the stock Rom from a couple posts back see if that works

Sorry, its just an apk that enables you to use your ##codes, it doesnt work on aosp. It also didnt work on kings r3 but you could likely have just installed the epst.apk i mentioned since kings r3 is sense, no worries just go ahead and flash the other rom...
 
Hot dame u guys are awasome ... long day at work.. just got home and did the GPS fix...... its more accurate then it was before.. u guys are the shit...... now going to fix vm
 
One weird thing is my contacts did not sync completely. I have them on my SD. So no problem....thanks again to all in this thread.. I am already stooked with this rom it is fast......
 
Yo It's getting hard to keep track of all of these nandroids. If I rename them do I have to put the original name back on it order to flash that nandroid

No just dont get to drastic with the renaming, special characters and such- i usually throw a -kingsr3 at the end or something. The date and what is backed up is already in the given name so thats usually a good indication...

Basically, the rule is, don't put anything in there that you couldn't run from the terminal emulator. So, special characters that do other things from the command line can't be in a name. A "\" for example won't work. If you want to know what you can name a backup, lookup valid file naming standards in Linux.

Just to add to what everyone else is saying about renaming, if you are using RA do not do what I did and rename the main "HT099HL05425" folder inside of the "nandroid" folder. I don't know if that name is different for other versions, but all subfolders within "HT099HL05425" are game.

That name should be unique to your phone.

not by choice :p

Need to see if it is something in CM7 that is causing the reboots or if it is something in the hardware in the phone or battery. must have rebooted this morning right as my alarm was going off because it didn't go off and I ended up sleeping an hour late and getting to work late :D
 
Im going to try evervolv again tonight. I flashed a couple days ago and was digging it, im going to restore and set it up tonight and see how i feel...more gb...
