Root [ROM][ALPHA] Triumph CM9 v0.6.17.0 [FINAL]

Have you tried rebooting or doing a complete wipe between Updates?

Now, when you say this, are you saying this because yours IS working? And also, do you mean your front notification LED, or do you mean the camera flash LED on the back of the phone? My notification LED is working, and has been since I got the phone, but my camera flash LED has not worked since I flashed .6.3. Granted, I never tested it on stock beforehand, so for all I know it never worked, but I'd like to think it was working on stock.

I'm on version 0.6.3 and use it as my daily ROM - I'm loving it so far.

The 3G will go out sometimes as previously stated in this thread. To reconnect to 3G I just toggle airplane mode on for a brief moment and then back off.

Great work...........

My LED appears to be working, but when it was charging previously the light would be red and now it's green. Not a big deal, but an observation :D

The flash doesn't work for me either. The notification light doesn't always seem to work either.

Is anyone else having difficulties with the email app? I tried setting up my work email(microsoft exchange) through the email app, but now it just says waiting for sync and never does anything. Also, battleheart still doesn't work. That's all I've noticed for the moment.

Tried out google translate and dragon speak and the mic works perfectly for both.

The rom is coming along amazingly.

I have the mic button on my GO Keyboard and it works fine. Is anyone having issues with their keyboard responsivness? My keyboard seems like it's very slow to react. I realize it's a new build so don't take it as complaining just wondering if it's just my phone.

Just wanted to de-lurk and say thanks to all of you that are working so hard to bring us CM9. You all are too cool! Thanks!

I think somebody asked this before but never got an answer, and Google hasn't returned any super helpful info, so here I go.

We all know that the Nexus has that zero shutter lag feature, but what I'm wondering is if that is a Galaxy Nexus hardware thing, or something in the Android OS, or both? And by extension, will that work on the Triumph?

Its because of the lens/camera of the Nexus.

My guess is its going to predominantly the CMOS Sensor being used for the Camera; The one in the Triumph is pretty bad and my wife hates it ( I actually think the camera on her old iPhone 3GS had a better CMOS Sensor) and while it will probably be more streamlined in ICS, theres most likely some tinkering on the driver side to get it to that speed.

Most of the shutter delay is the autofocus. If you disable that, then it comes down to how fast the OS/App reacts to the shutter button press (all software). The autofocus is only useful for taking close up (< 3 ft) pictures anyway, when it's set at the hyperfocal distance (I believe that's its 'relaxed' state, it focuses from 3ft to about infinity because of the small sensor & lens in cameraphones. And yes Apple camera sensors are usually better than Android devices because of better low-light sensors (faster fps) and wider aperture lenses.

have been doing some quadrant standard tests, when i run a full benchmark i get 2100, when i overclock i get no significant changes (2200) why is that? i used to get 3000+ on cm7.... anyways thanks developers

I can't answer your question... I've had the same experience.
But did you notice the 3D frame-rate in quadrant, as compared to CM7? The 2D rates were about the same.

OCing doesn't work... At least last time I heard it didn't work.

Apparently init.d scripts are not working yet, and I haven't heard of any changes to that... So, guess not.

Thank you for your response. There is an app from Market that can tweak the minfree settings. I won't mind using that in the meantime. Once the camera is working I will be installing this! SO excited! This is progressing faster than I ever imagined! :D

Quandrant has just been updated to support multiple cores and ICS. Maybe the scores will now be more accurate.
