Edit: previous statement was wrong. In the 4th post of this thread (Notes), tickerguy states, "If you accidentally select the front camera, there's a way out of the prison you created for yourself. On a PC that is USB connected do:
$ adb shell
# cd /data/data/com.android.camera/shared_prefs
# ls

(you should see a file "com.android.camera_preferences.xml" and one or two others)

# rm -f *
# reboot

That will fix it. You will lose all saved camera preferences and be back on the rear camera.

You can also do this using ES File Explorer in "root" mode, but be careful! Removing the wrong files will hose you good."

I installed the 9/20 version and then the 9/25 version when they were released. Overall I love the rom over stock, and I give a lot of credit to tickerguy and isaac for all of the good work.

The only issues I have found so far is that the phone has issues waking up. When I press the button to wake it up, the softkeys light up and the screen back light comes on, but the screen stays blank. This happens anywhere from 2-8 times a day. Sometimes it happens very frequently, and other times it will go hours without an issue.

Also, if I am in the stock messaging app and I get a new text message, the messaging app force closes.

Finally, sometimes the screen will freeze up and it will automatically reboot.

Not complaining, just saying what I have experienced so far. Thanks again guys for all of the time and effort that you put into this ROM thus far, and I can't wait for the next update!

you need to update to the new CWM version which is blue and should be 5.0.2.3. it's the one posted in the second post on page one that says this is the cwm i am using. if you use older versions which are only setup to handle ext3 then you will get a bootloop because these builds have been switched to ext4.....

Thank you, worked liked a charm

Do you have WiFi on when it takes a while to wake up? Do you have the OC kernal installed?

Do you have an image as your background?

Same problem, make a github issue if you haven't already.

And yet another place I have to create an account ... sort of getting tired of giving out my email address to so many places. I'll wait and see if it gets addressed in thread before I go further with it.

I can change the background in the CM lockscreen settings to anything, but it does not suppress the lockscreen upon wake. If I could reproduce this bug, I would open an issue, but as it is I cannot and am unable to provide any useful logs of when it happens.

Awesome ROM!

When you run out of bugs to fix, is it possible to implement softkey (home, menu, back, etc.) notifications? Like, let the softkeys pulse when there is a notification? That would look awesome.

I think it maybe possible to do. May take some work at the kernel level and then fix up the lights module.

Wow, I never thought of that. That would be wonderful!

Here's how I can reproduce it everytime. Set your background to be an image from your gallery. Now set your lockscreen backup to be "default" IE: the background image of your launcher. Make sure the image is not the correct size and ratio to be the background image without selecting what part of the image you want for the actual background.

Lock your screen ... learn to love rebooting

Like I said, I cannot reproduce your problem. If you want this looked at, I suggest you submit the bug on github with a log, so the devs can track down the problem.

This is why you create 'throw away' email accounts (yahoo, hotmail, etc). I have a spam filled account at yahoo I only use for signing up on sites I dont trust. This shouldn't be a reason to avoid signing up on Github to track your own bug!

I fixed my bug, I stopped using a background and its not a bug any longer :-)
