I am still getting them. Typically I try to hit one of the buttons, think I missed and try again. Then realize the button froze. I can try hitting it 10 times and nothing will happen. It seems that I have to wait 3-5 seconds and then it will work. So, unfortunately I still have the problem. Not sure why you don't .

I have to agree with Whyzor-I think this is a hardware issue. Unfortunately this means exactly what Whyzor said-check the post about an update kernel and such.
Far as my experience-I've update kernels and kept current with everything Whyzor's done and CM7-reloaded prior to his work. The issue seems to be hardware related and not specific to the updates. Generally I have hardware-related issues that you guys have mentioned. Occasional button presses need to be pushed another time or two, the touchscreen may not always register the push.
Might I recomment removing the *two* screen protectors the Triumph shipped with (unless you did that already). The screen has two protectors, and what I've understood by removing the second, thicker screen protector the screen appears more vibrant and responsive.
I don't know if they're related issues, but it's something to look into of you're having problems.

I'm having camera issues. Force closes then says it can't connect after that. Reflashed rom 3 times now and still have the problem. Anyone else have this issue? Really like this rom and haven't ha problems with CM7 just this rom. Also I did system/data format, clear cache factory system format, dalvkit before rom flash.

Maybe your download corrupted the file. Check the zip's md5sum. also try pulling battery out for a few minutes to completely clear memory. And don't overclock if you have been.
I re-downloaded the ROM and re-flashed, still having the same issue. So I flashed CM7 and checked the camera it worked, then flashed CM7_reloaded but didn't flash g-apps after flashing the ROM I just rebooted into the fresh install. I checked the camera and the menu bar came up but couldn't view through the camera. So i went to manage apps and cleared data, and forced closed, rebooted. The camera finally came up but was freezing when moving from side to side. So did the same thing manage apps, cleared data, and forced closed. When I rebooted this time it was working perfect, no lag. I flashed g-apps after all of this and it still works. I just hope this is the last of it. Had MIUI for a while and didn't have any issues it seemed to just be this ROM. Maybe it's just my phone but if anyone else has this issue this is how I fixed it.
All in all GREAT ROM!! thanks for all of the hard work WHYZOR I really like the changes.Nocturnal86

The new kernel is already included.
If you had to install a kernel you would just download it and install it like you do the ROM.

I doubt it. CM7 (or any cyanogenmod) is made to be as close to vanilla android (whole giving a few more options) as possible. Adding 3rd party apps in means needing to support them (troubleshooting etc) within the ROM. With as easy as it is to install and the fact that not everyone wants it included (i.e. I use a different keyboard and don't like swype) it's not worth it to the dev.
For instance the Triumph CM7 doesn't include adw like the official CM7 does for most of those reasons. Most included apps are made by the CM team for the ROM. Other specific apps added for the Triumph are there because the dev in charge thought it necessary for their purpose.
I think Whyzor would agree with me, but maybe not.

A number of reasons actually. It's a smaller package, and can be flashed independent of which CM7 build is used. If a problem does come up, it's good to have a few older versions on the /sdcard ready to flash back to in order to narrow down whether the cause is from a recent kernel change or ROM.
As Agentc13 mentioned, the goal is to have something that works for the most people with the least amount of effort. Keyboard preferences are all over the place, so it just comes with the default GB one, which I've used for a long time until ICS Keyboard ports (not just themes) came out.

Well originally it did, and Tickerguy replaced it with the launcher2 launcher. I use a custom CM7 (or did) and not Whyzor's ROM (on CM9 now). Last I knew his ROM used the same launcher. Am I mistaken?

Hey I needed some help or insight please. I installed this latest 2-12 update from the 2-02 build and ive been having some issues idk if its the new build or what.
So pretty much downloaded it last night did a nandroid back up then wiped cache and dalvik cache and did the install it booted up after a bit like usual and it worked ok rebooted as I always do then started using it. I thought all was fine but now My youtube app wont load videos it loads everything but sticks in a loop and when i press back it FC's to the previous screen, Power amp FC now also, Pandora buffers the song but doesnt play it i tap play and nothing. I dont think its 3G cause i can seem to load web pages and the market and download things but idk why im having issue with those and i use them often. I dont think i installed it wrong should i just go back to my nandroid? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
