Ah I see. Is the KeyboardCT.apk the one that is currently on it or another one? Because I see Keyboard.apk and KeyboardCT.apk.

Also did the locked screen in calls get removed? When I pushed my power button on a call it just turned off the screen or is this our new lock for the screen now during a call?

yes, the automatic in call screen lock is removed. If you want it locked all you gotta do is press the power button, if you want it unlocked press it again and you go straight back to the call
 
Another question. I just sent a text and it happened in a call also. I get a 1x where the 3G icon is on the top bar. Its never done that before whats up with that?

Deleting s10 and s11 (which I like calling 510 and 511) really did help with 3g speeds.
But I think 510 helps keep it runing
Faster at least that's hat I got from my experiment.
Im really in need of faster net speed since my PC is crashing and I'm having g to tether to get internet on it.

i deleted s10 and s11, but i still get 1x, anything else i can do to make the internet better?? and i see some people use 2.5 and say that their internet is faster is 2.5 better??

What's your baseband? If its fa19 you can try Odin to get EJ06.
Which lots of people declare that it helped them get their speeds back up.

Hi Blood

You are correct about sending texting (1X). I dont know why, but it goes through.

I have waited till you fixed the removed app zip. i didnt want to pressure you. i know you have alot request coming your way every time you realease a new rom. The wait was worth it. The ApkInstaller.zip worked perfect.

I get an error with Link2SD. It says "too many symbolic links". I can wait for the fix, no rush.

Question about the internet speed. I deleted the two files and restarted and I get 585ms pings 0.38mbps download 0.22mbps upload. These just seem kind of low for 3G. Any ideas guys?

Try reinstalling both and trying out which one works best for you.
I took both out but I think the best install is s10 installed Nd s11 uninstalled.
 
im on FA19, and it goes from 3g to 1x back to 3g, i did a speed test and i got 1.5mps today. before i updated to 2.3.6 i never got the 1x logo

Just wanted to let you know that I recently updated my phone from CM7 to CTMOD 3.3 to give it a whirl. I odin'ed to FA19 and loaded CTMOD 3.3 and flashed the KK 2.2. I set the data to /sd-ext.

No matter how many times I tried the GPS would never work. I did the re-installation like 2 times more to make sure. I never ever encountered this problem with previous CTMOD version and found it unusual.

I gave up and switched back to CM7 backup I had. My GPS works again perfectly. It has to be a software issue with CTMOD or something because even the stock rom worked with the GPS on my phone. I'm not sure what to tell you but wanted to let you know.

I've seen a few posts talking about GPS not working. There is also this guy whom said the same thing.

It may be worth investing.



P.S: Another thing I couldn't turn off haptic feedback for the ICS Keyboard on CTMOD. Thankfully I found the settings at the last moment.

For those wanting to turn it off. Settings -> Keyboards -> ICS Keyboard Settings -> Turn off Vibrate on keypress.

What isn't it working with?

It works for me with beautiful widgets, my browser and I tested maps before and it worked

Pretty much anything that triggers the GPS. Instead of the GPS turning on when the applications needs it, it never does. In fact every app that I had that used GPS hasn't been able to trigger it to turn on.

One of the last things I did was try my usual GPS fixes on a new install. (This was on my second attempt). I used FasterFix to change the gps pool. Then I used GPS Fix to improve my fix location.

Now usually these programs work. However none of them triggered the GPS. Not even Google Maps, navigation, or even Places triggered it. I tried rebooting the phone several times. I double and trippled checked to make sure the gps settings are on. Nope nothing. In fact it's the same issue that the other guy is getting.

When I switched back to FA19 stock my GPS worked fine. I thought my hardware for GPS died but thank god it didn't. Finally, I did a fresh ODIN to FA19 and preloaded my CM7 restore. Once again my GPS worked fine.

The only time I ever experienced this issue was with trying to get CTMOD 3.3 to work. I've never had this issue with previous versions of CTMOD.

Hey Guspeed the download links didnt work it goes into showing me the coding for the files not letting me download them. Tryed it on phone and computer both both show code.

Damn my slow typing. You posted while i was typing this >_< sorry bout that.

Its all good Im at home myself and on wifi. But I just want the wifi tether and phone net to work at full speed when Im out. Going to be traveling in about a month need that net to work while Im on the road lol. Thanks again.
