Root [ROM][WIP]CM10.0.0.l0-BobZ

I get glimpses if what looks like the crt off animation from time to time. Has anyone else seen this? Maybe this could have something to do with the backlight issue. Is it supposed to have this animation?
 
Yeah there's definitely something with the lockscreen. I noticed when I'm making a call the screen locks sometimes automatically this is why it seems the proximity sensor isn't working right and why when I pull my phone away from my face it won't display the screen . When you select owner information to be displayed it doesn't show on lockscreen either...

The best work around I have come up with so far for the backlight is to set the lock delay after time out to at least five seconds..

iircc crt is pose to be disabled because it caused backlight/wake issues. ;)

theres a setting in phone app settings that fixes proximity. just check keep proximity sensor on

Ok so how do I check this or change this? I know the animation would reside in framework res which is one of the few things I haven't messed with too much in the past. I definitely saw the animation this morning when trying to get the backlight to stay off by pressing the power key multiple times.

EDIT: So I just tested this.. Pressed the power key a few times in a row and I definitely get crt off...
 
i was reffering to the abilty to talk and surf at the same time, bobz can pg can't. they are roughly the same save for minor diffrences Pg mms always worked for me, bobz lagged out and I often had to send more pictures to get mms or for it too send, both volumes are simlar both do have some of the same issues like full brightness had the backlight on, also be sure to remove sd if you flash so you can wipe sd that cleared up a great deal of bugs (after jonnhy spilled that i realized most devs pushed via adb so didn;t affect them )and i never really used gps.

A tiny build.prop change in bob's build made this possible. I believe the same can be done for PG's. If you're running PG's build, try adding this line to your build.prop, reboot, and give it a whirl.
