Dont thin I have that one laying about, I had started building from isaac's repo around that time or b4, so my build dates differ from his release dates. nuttmeg or sum1 else may have it horded up sum place tho.

Ok maybe there is something i am missing. I can assign my custom ringtones to people without a problem, however when they call in, it only rings the system default ringtone. Is there something i need to do in the settings to get my custom ringtones to work? Please if there is give me a solution or PM me with how to do it.

I believe this is a known issue w/CM7.
Perhaps there are some phone-ringtone apps out there that may have a workaround for this,something like GO SMS,but,for the dialer.

has anyone tried to copy their ringtones to the ringtone dir in system/media/audio?
 
Is there a way to get the key lights working again? I went from 7.2 0728 and the key lights stopped working and now Im running Bobz 7.1 (729) and they still dont work.
 
whats up....i have a cricket huawei ascend 2.1...........i found out how to up grade it to 2.3........but now i cant get my cricket 3g network to work .....is there a way to fix this....or do i need to go back to 2.1

Sweet! It really doesnt bother me that much. Its like a battery saver Ahaha But I would like to have them working at times tho.



OH! Playful God I have a question for you. You know on your CM7.1-Ascend-06242011 build, the animation at boot, its like a black and white movie? Is there any way I can put that as the boot animation on BobZ's 7.1 07082011 build? If so How do I do it and where can I get it from? I really like that. I saw it earlier today and that was pretty cool and I want it on my phone with BobZ's build. Hook me up! :D

Should work fine, mine always does. I would check all my settings, and maybe even reflash. But wait around a bit, maybe someone else knows what's up.

rip it out of one of my older builds (diff one in newer ones) from system/media and place it in the same place on your phone using root explorer. ;)
 
Tried placing the ringtones in the System/Audio/Ringtones and it still does not work...which is a major bummer. Thats the only way i can tell who i want to talk to and who i dont want to talk to is by their ringtones...Tried using GO SMS as well, and that was a no joy...

I tried converting it to ogg format and placing it in the correct directory, regardless of the number that calls it gets whatever ringtone is set in the system default.
 
after flashing downloading clockwork and the cm7 plus mms and gapps when it reboots it never leaves the orange screen that says huawei 8360 please help very frustrating

seems as tho you have a lazy ascend, try reflashing making sure you wipe and format everything except sdcard, and also you have to format and partition your sdcard if you are installing the latest build.

page is down, but you can always go threw rom manager and download gapps and cm7.
